Children are not afforded all rights in the US Constitution. If they were we would have kids voting in elections. The link I posted was in plain English. Kids cannot go out in public with a dangerous weapon, and guns are the most dangerous weapons we have access to.

It's their cities so they can do whatever they want. He did not have the right to act as a police officer guarding businesses and putting out fires. He not only did not live there, he didn't even live in the same state. No, he had no right to be armed either. A minor is not allowed to have a firearm in public. That's against the law making him no less of a criminal than the rioters.

It's one thing if you unknowingly end up in the wrong place at the wrong time, and quite another when you plan to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He waived his right to self-defense with a firearm in that state and most others across the US.
