Kyle Rittenhouse Is Extradited To Face Homicide Charges In Wisconsin

there are very few cases of police misconduct as clear cut as this one

in most cases the criminal is resisting arrest and contributes to his own demise

here the white guy was not resisting

black criminals have a choice

if they resist arrest they might die

That's because many prosecutors are quite happy to tank cases against bad cops.

Fact is, he shot three unarmed people.... and wildly fired into a crowd.

Out and out lie. Dude...just ONCE, for the sheer NOVELTY of it, actually look at some FACTS before running your cake flap! He shot one dude that threw something heavy at him, one guy trying to brain him with a skateboard, and one guy who had a GUN!

It's nothing to do with emotion... there's a legal case to be made for murder, and frankly, that's probably all a Wisconsin jury would need to hang the little punk.

Yes yes, we get it: you want a show trial and a witch burning. But, unfortunately for you, there is a MUCH better case (in fact, an open and shut case) fort self defense.

The one guy that Rittenhouse shot was a convicted child molester, and Rittenhouse is a child.

What do you think the molester wanted to do? Why wouldn't that be self-defense.

IMHO, they should just dismiss this case. Child shoots child molester and they want to hang the child? LOL
Pretty sure the molester is the one who tried to cave in Kyle's skull with a skateboard.

Only in Moon Bat Land is clear cut self defense "murder".

Kyle is a political prisoner.

Help me out. I am confused. When we are talking about Blacks they are supposed to trust the Courts will determine the truth. When it is a White, they are political prisoners. If salvation for innocent Blacks is found not in protests and public demands, but in courts, why are the right objecting to the same for Kyle?
You seem to be conflating things.
As far as I can tell, blacks fight the police, instead of having their day in court like people recommend. Are blacks being charged with crimes based on political motivations?
This kid didn’t fight the police, he actually turned himself in. He was charged with bullshit due to political factors, when it’s plainly obvious he was defending himself.

He turned himself in across state lines and fought extradition. I believe that is called fleeing isn’t it?
He turned himself In where he lives, which is where he was when he found out they wanted to arrest him. So no, it’s not fleeing.

And the fighting of extradition is just a normal part of the process?

Look. Let’s be honest for a change shall we? If he told the cops in Wisconsin that he had fired on three people and hit them. If they told him to get out of there that is obstruction of justice on the part of the police. If he said nothing than he withheld information on a death which is a crime.

Crossing state lines is a Federal Felony. Fleeing across state lines means you bring in additional charges.

The whole time I said the youngster was a fool. Headed down there to get his badass on. Now he is headed to Prison. And instead of a lifetime of whatever he has many years of incarceration and restrictions on him.

The lesson you all on the he was a hero side need to learn is this. Contrary to the propaganda, the Snowflakes are not going to run and flee at the mere sight of a gun.

This nation is on the brink of collapse. And both sides are too stupid to realize that their own propaganda is pushing us onward as fast as they can manage. Kyle was a victim of that propaganda as much as he was a fool. Now he is suffering the first consequences of that idiocy. I don’t feel sorry for him. I hope that people will wake up and realize what path we are on.

You're not a lawyer, Stop trying to practice law.

Wait wait.
Everyone look.
Here we have a board member claiming that D.A’s don’t do things for political reasons.
Everyone point and laugh.
How old are you, joe? 13? 15?
Please tell me you aren’t a grown adult who is this naive.

Oh, I'm sure they do. They also realize that you don't file unwinnable cases, because that's bad politics as well.

No, when attacked with a deadly weapon (to wit, a skateboard), he defended himself. When another attacker drew a gun, he, again, defended himself.

Uh, guy he was firing randomly... that doesn't even pass the laugh test.

Yes, he "fled"...directly to the police. Of course...the lynch mob he'd just escaped from may have had something to do with his "fleeing".

He didn't flee directly to the police. He snuck home to Antioch, and when they started looking for him, turned himself in after lawyering up.

Naah. Case should be broomed by a judge.

No judge is going to do that. The last thing people in Wisconsin want are people from Illinois coming up with their guns shooting their citizens.

Seriously, last time I was up in Wisconsin, there was a store owner who had a "You're starting to Illinois me" tee-shirt. that's how much they really don't like people from IL.

Out and out lie. Dude...just ONCE, for the sheer NOVELTY of it, actually look at some FACTS before running your cake flap! He shot one dude that threw something heavy at him, one guy trying to brain him with a skateboard, and one guy who had a GUN!

The guy who threw something threw something nowhere near him. The skateboard guy was not beating him with the skateboard... and the guy who had the gun was defending himself from a maniac who just shot two other people.

Punk is going down, buddy.

Pretty sure the molester is the one who tried to cave in Kyle's skull with a skateboard.

Nope. The guy with the record was the one he shot first.

My deepest sympathies to him and his family.

Hope that he can get a top-notch defense lawyer, who can at the very least make sure that his personal safety in prison is assured.

Shame on the bad people who started all that rioting in Kenosha. They should have been home sheltering in place and doing their homework for school.

This little hooligan should have stayed home in Illinois instead of going to a civil disturbance zone with a gun.

Hey, guy, rioting is bad and all, but so are cops shooting citizens in the back.

Seventeen-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who's charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding a third during a protest in Kenosha, Wis., was extradited from Illinois to Wisconsin following the ruling of Lake County Judge Paul Novak.

Novak denied Rittenhouse's request to remain in Illinois, according to The Associated Press, noting that the defense had characterized the charges as politically motivated. "This Illinois court shall not examine any potential political impact a Wisconsin District Attorney potentially considered in his charging decision," Novak's ruling read.

Until Friday, Rittenhouse had been held in Lake County, Ill., which borders Kenosha, where the shootings took place on Aug. 25. He is now in Wisconsin where he faces life imprisonment if convicted of his most serious crime, first degree intentional homicide. Rittenhouse has also been charged with attempted intentional homicide as well as underage possession of a firearm.
/QUOTE]

Life in prison. No parole.
So do you believe that all kids who defend themselves when they are attacked by suicidal maniac child molesters should be thrown in prison for life?

Or just Kyle?
Just a gun lover who should have stayed home with his gun that night. All he did was prove the unorganized militia is worthless to the security of our free States.

Ah, Daniel...he's alive and the anarchist he shot isn't. What he proved is that if the Police won't stand up to the mob then at some point private citizens will.
It isn't up to the mob. Self-defense is just that; castle doctrine and stand your ground is just that. He left his Home State to travel to anther State when not part of the organized militia. Persons are still dead; some consideration should be made regarding manslaughter. He could have stayed home with his gun instead.
Interesting concept, Daniel! You've got Antifa and Black Lives Matter anarchists that travel from State to State to take place in riots and they are armed as well...why is it that you don't seem to have a problem with THEM but you do have a problem with someone who travels to help protect private property from the anarchists! Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't carrying just a weapon...he was also carrying a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. He was putting out fires when he was attacked by that mob. The reason that they assaulted him was that he wouldn't let them burn that city to the ground. He could have stayed home with his fire extinguisher. He didn't though. He chose to resist the mob instead. When the Police are told to stand down by liberal politicians then at some point private citizens WILL do what Kyle Rittenhouse did. You want to give some consideration to charging someone with "manslaughter"? My vote for who deserves that starts with the Mayor of that city.

He defended himself from 3 violent felons attacking him-----------this is self defense dear.

No, self-defense is when you are at your own home and you shoot three guys trying to break in.

It's murder when you cross state lines with an illegal weapon you aren't authorized to have, and shoot three total strangers who happen to have police records (as do 100 million other Americans... isn't that fucked up?) and then flee the scene and hide evidence.

you guys keep making that claim, but it never holds up. The three men killed by Rittenhouse were all residents of that area. Now, you think that if Antifa and BLM were importing rioters, by pure probability, he'd have hit one out of towner.

He SHOULD have stayed home with his gun. He doesn't live in Kenosha, it's really none of his business.

Actually, the police didn't stand down. They sat there and watched this little punk walk right past SEVEN Police cars after he had just gunned down three people.

Actually, you guys are missing the main point why Kenosha has to come down hard on this little shit.

Because the KPD didn't arrest these fools when they showed up with their guns, actually brought them water, because the poor darlings were looking a bit parched, it could be inferred that they were in fact acting as agents of the police.

Which means- yup, the three men who were gunned down- or their families - will have a big old civil suit against the city and county of Kenosha.

Finding him liable gets them and their taxpayers off the hook.

There is the fact that there was a lot of premeditation involved. He traveled to another state to get neck deep in civil unrest he had no personal stake in and then walked around acting like a jackass. He was not protecting his property nor did anyone ask him to protect their property. He was just a dumbass thug looking for trouble. He decided to take the law into his own hands but now looks to the law to exonerate him for murder. The law is necessarily hostile to vigilantism and this stupid asshole is going down.
Do you think he might have been urged on a little bit while attending a rally in Iowa by the idiot-in-chief?

Here is a picture of the murderer worshiping at the feet of his hero.

A lot of future Presidents liked going to rallies of presidents in their childhood. And they spent their educational efforts in learning how successful presidents got there, and went for a repeat performance.

Were the Police stopping the rioters from setting fires? If not...then they were in fact "standing down". Rittenhouse was there with that fire extinguisher to protect private property. Those SEVEN Police cars were there watching it happen. That's on the Mayor of Kenosha...not on Rittenhouse.

You don't grasp the obvious...do you Joe? The Kenosha Police were prevented from defending their town by their political leadership. They had to stand there and watch Antifa and BLM burn their city to the ground. You want the Police to hate the private citizens who stepped up and defended Kenosha? Good luck with that! The Police envied them for being able to do what THEY wanted to do and were prevented from doing!

Pretty sure the molester is the one who tried to cave in Kyle's skull with a skateboard.
The molester was the first bald midget who chucked a large object at him and was chasing him initially.
The douche who tried to brain him with a skateboard was the domestic abuser and felon.
I know, it’s hard keeping which felonies which leftist scumbag has been convicted of straight.
