Dude is messed up. Nonbinary is another way of saying, 'mentally ill'.

Former senior Department of Energy (DOE) official Sam Brinton is scheduled to appear in Minnesota court on Wednesday to face charges stemming from a September baggage theft. In late October, Brinton was charged with stealing a woman's luggage worth $2,325 near the baggage claim area at Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP) on Sept. 16. According to a criminal complaint filed in a Hennepin County court, Brinton faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine as a result of the incident.

Whether the left want to admit it or not, these people do have mental issues and if we got all of society to accept them for who they are, they would still have mental issues. They have a conflict going on inside themselves that can't just be white washed over by acceptance. It's still there.

He ran from reporters. he DID have the good sense not to wear his dresses and high heels and jewelry. He was in a plum colored suit with what appeared to be MEN"s shoes and made a dash for the car to get away from reporters.. Had a sour look on his face where we've usually seen a big smile because he knew he was poking his finger in the eyes of NORMAL SANE Americans.

No jail time after first trial. Well.. did you expect any different? LOLOL How much you want to bet when this is over he goes back to his old job and garish as ever.

What do you think would happen to you if YOU did what Brinton is doing?

Judge probably will say he has a problem with theft and the judge gives him 2 years probation on the condition he seek counseling. He will see a counselor and they will release from after 2 or 3 consultations.
