Kyle Rittenhouse Is Extradited To Face Homicide Charges In Wisconsin

interesting concept, Daniel! You've got Antifa and Black Lives Matter anarchists that travel from State to State to take place in riots and they are armed as well...why is it that you don't seem to have a problem with THEM but you do have a problem with someone who travels to help protect private property from the anarchists!
The people protesting may have had guns, but right wingers prefer to use their guns. How many people with all of their gun, shot anyone? Even the guy with the hand gun pointed at Kyle didn't shoot first. Right wingers have no problems using guns if some black guy merely jogs in their neighborhood.

Seventeen-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who's charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding a third during a protest in Kenosha, Wis., was extradited from Illinois to Wisconsin following the ruling of Lake County Judge Paul Novak.

Novak denied Rittenhouse's request to remain in Illinois, according to The Associated Press, noting that the defense had characterized the charges as politically motivated. "This Illinois court shall not examine any potential political impact a Wisconsin District Attorney potentially considered in his charging decision," Novak's ruling read.

Until Friday, Rittenhouse had been held in Lake County, Ill., which borders Kenosha, where the shootings took place on Aug. 25. He is now in Wisconsin where he faces life imprisonment if convicted of his most serious crime, first degree intentional homicide. Rittenhouse has also been charged with attempted intentional homicide as well as underage possession of a firearm.

Life in prison. No parole.
So do you believe that all kids who defend themselves when they are attacked by suicidal maniac child molesters should be thrown in prison for life?

Or just Kyle?
Just a gun lover who should have stayed home with his gun that night. All he did was prove the unorganized militia is worthless to the security of our free States.

Ah, Daniel...he's alive and the anarchist he shot isn't. What he proved is that if the Police won't stand up to the mob then at some point private citizens will.
It isn't up to the mob. Self-defense is just that; castle doctrine and stand your ground is just that. He left his Home State to travel to anther State when not part of the organized militia. Persons are still dead; some consideration should be made regarding manslaughter. He could have stayed home with his gun instead.
Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't carrying just a weapon...he was also carrying a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. He was putting out fires when he was attacked by that mob. The reason that they assaulted him was that he wouldn't let them burn that city to the ground. He could have stayed home with his fire extinguisher. He didn't though. He chose to resist the mob instead. When the Police are told to stand down by liberal politicians then at some point private citizens WILL do what Kyle Rittenhouse did. You want to give some consideration to charging someone with "manslaughter"? My vote for who deserves that starts with the Mayor of that city.
Yet, he used his gun and not his medical kit. He was there and and the only difference your one unorganized, lone ranger did was kill some people and injure the rest. There was no reason for that kid to be at that place at that time as unorganized militia.

Our legislators should be required to do their job:
The defense and protection of the state and of the United States is an obligation of all persons within the state. The legislature shall provide for the discharge of this obligation and for the maintenance and regulation of an organized militia.

If you look and listen to the videos from that night you'll know that Rittenhouse was not the first person to fire a weapon. Rittenhouse fired his weapon in self defense after he was attacked for attempting to put out a fire with a fire extinguisher. He was being pursued by a mob that was pointing a weapon at him...throwing a brick at him...and attempting to beat him with a skate board.

The one guy that Rittenhouse shot was a convicted child molester, and Rittenhouse is a child.

What do you think the molester wanted to do? Why wouldn't that be self-defense.

IMHO, they should just dismiss this case. Child shoots child molester and they want to hang the child? LOL
Pretty sure the molester is the one who tried to cave in Kyle's skull with a skateboard.
The molester was the first bald midget who chucked a large object at him and was chasing him initially.
The douche who tried to brain him with a skateboard was the domestic abuser and felon.
I know, it’s hard keeping which felonies which leftist scumbag has been convicted of straight.

Public Service homicides (and in the case of the Chester the Molester victim, a homocide ) . 12 angry men are going to not just find him as Innocent as a new born babe, they will be awarding him a freaking medal.

Unless the dem rig the trial.

Rittenhouse was defending the United States. Your siding against him shows you to be an anti-American traitor.

Legislators pass laws. It's up to Mayors and Governors to enforce those laws! You seem to think some organized militia should suddenly appear to do the job of the Police. What you had was private citizens protecting private property from looters and arsonists because the Mayor of Kenosha and the Governor of Wisconsin didn't do their jobs to enforce existing laws.

Wait wait.
Everyone look.
Here we have a board member claiming that D.A’s don’t do things for political reasons.
Everyone point and laugh.
How old are you, joe? 13? 15?
Please tell me you aren’t a grown adult who is this naive.

Oh, I'm sure they do. They also realize that you don't file unwinnable cases, because that's bad politics as well.

No, when attacked with a deadly weapon (to wit, a skateboard), he defended himself. When another attacker drew a gun, he, again, defended himself.

Uh, guy he was firing randomly... that doesn't even pass the laugh test.

He was not firing randomly. Try actually WATCHING the videos this time.

Yes, he "fled"...directly to the police. Of course...the lynch mob he'd just escaped from may have had something to do with his "fleeing".

He didn't flee directly to the police. He snuck home to Antioch, and when they started looking for him, turned himself in after lawyering up.

He went directly to the police...who told him to go home. So...he did.

Naah. Case should be broomed by a judge.

No judge is going to do that. The last thing people in Wisconsin want are people from Illinois coming up with their guns shooting their citizens.

Seriously, last time I was up in Wisconsin, there was a store owner who had a "You're starting to Illinois me" tee-shirt. that's how much they really don't like people from IL.

Joey, you are so full of shit your breath stinks.

He defended himself from 3 violent felons attacking him-----------this is self defense dear.

No, self-defense is when you are at your own home and you shoot three guys trying to break in.

It's murder when you cross state lines with an illegal weapon you aren't authorized to have, and shoot three total strangers who happen to have police records (as do 100 million other Americans... isn't that fucked up?) and then flee the scene and hide evidence.
No, self defense isn’t when you are in your own home.
You have been consistently wrong throughout this entire thread. People have corrected you left and right, yet you keep going. You must be one of those “open minded liberals” we keep hearing about but rarely seeing. Wasn’t it you just a little while ago who claimed he was “shooting wildly”?
Shooting wildly??? He fired what, 7 shots? All of which connected with the people attacking him. He didn’t hit bystanders, didn’t even miss. The first guy he plugged was chasing him, and he turned and lit him up. He was the pursued and the dude knocked him to the ground with a flying kick and the other dude then hit him with a skateboard, and guess what? He plugged the skateboarder and then shot the other FELON who was drawing his gun. That was the exact opposite of “shooting wildly”. His shooting, under extreme duress, was actually so accurate that it’s a freaking miracle. I’d feel comfortable saying that even a trained professional would not pull off that level of accuracy. And when he got up, did he turn and plug the guy who drip kicked him? Nope. Did he start blasting away at others near him? Nope. He got the hell out of there. This kid performed better than damn near any cop I’ve ever see. I’d go so far as to say his performance was unnaturally good, to the point of being a miracle.
I gotta give the folks on this thread credit, they keep trying to educate you. But I’m betting you’re beyond help.

If I were there, I may have heard gun shots. Who else died from those gun shots? Was Rittenhouse even in the close vicinity of those gun shots; and, if he was, why did not "engage criminals with guns harming the innocent"? Do you have video of Rittenhouse putting out fires like we have of him shooting people? There is also video of him running down the middle of the street with no one in close proximity chasing him. How many police officers did he pass while running? He could have stayed closer to any police officers present, but didn't. What did he do that he felt he had to run?

Again... what a dumb ass you are.
The guy who was shot “in the back” had just fought with police, had a warrant and a restraining order against by the woman he just held hostage in her home. He fought the cops off and went to his vehicle to retrieve a knife.
Kyle defended himself, which the police didn’t witness either way. He approached them in a non-threatening manner. I know faggots like yourself would see a weapon and shit yourselves, but normal people don’t. He approached the police like a normal human would, gave them water, and they let him continue on since they were trying to deal with rioters.
Why is this so hard for you to understand?

Were the Police stopping the rioters from setting fires? If not...then they were in fact "standing down". Rittenhouse was there with that fire extinguisher to protect private property. Those SEVEN Police cars were there watching it happen. That's on the Mayor of Kenosha...not on Rittenhouse.

Nope, it was on Rittenhouse. He wasn't a cop. He wasn't a firefighter. He will get to enjoy a new career as a prison bitch.

Oh, 2 Million dollar bond for the little shit...

You don't grasp the obvious...do you Joe? The Kenosha Police were prevented from defending their town by their political leadership. They had to stand there and watch Antifa and BLM burn their city to the ground. You want the Police to hate the private citizens who stepped up and defended Kenosha? Good luck with that! The Police envied them for being able to do what THEY wanted to do and were prevented from doing!

Or maybe they realized shooting someone over a petty offense is what STARTED this mess.

You know, when you are in a hole, stop digging.

Yup, the police gave Shittenhouse permission to rampage, which is why the country is going to pay out a WHOLE lot of money to the families of the victims.

So rioting and burning peoples businesses and homes down is a “minor offense” to some you.
And someone who stands up and fights as he is chased down... he should be a “prison bitch”.
Got it.
You all call yourselves “men”? What a pathetic bunch of bitches you all are.
I pray to God none of you are my neighbors, and I pity the women and children in your lives. Bunch of slack jawed faggots for Dads/husbands/brothers you are.

They've got insurance. Property can be replaced, man.

And someone who stands up and fights as he is chased down... he should be a “prison bitch”.

Again, he wasn't 'standing up' in Antioch, where he lived. He drove up 22 miles, crossed state lines, looking for trouble and he found it.

GUy, here's the deal.. (as our next president likes to say)...

For eight years, people of color have been PEACEFULLY asking for police reform. Colin took a knee, people did peaceful protests, people went to the polls and voted in reformers... and still, the Police continue to do shit like THIS.

Personally, I think Rittenhouse will be exonerated.

However, if he did go to the penitentiary, he'd be respected by the other convicts as well as the guards. He killed a chomo, which puts him a lot higher than "bitch" on the prison hierarchy.

Yes, I did. They don't tell the whole story. One video even shows someone pointing a pistol at Kyle but did not shoot. I guess right wingers prefer to shoot first.

Right... for self-defense when idiots committed suicide by attacking a scared kid with a gun? Any decent attorney will get him off easily. Maybe the Burn Loot Murder thugs shouldn't go off on emo rages and they'd still be alive.
Sorry the dies but sometimes, criminals gotta face the consequences of their actions

It will go to SCOTUS....and be eliminated after a partisan battle....
There's no doubt about the Self Defense here. It will be a landmark case that will affect legislation of the " Stand your Ground " nature in all the states.

So your position is that if someone is pointing a pistol at you, a person belonging to a group that has attacked you, you need to let them fire first?
Good luck with that champ.
