If I move my business and my person out of New York, New York has

Simply let them know if they flee the state, their out of state income will be taxed at the same rates as NY.

How can a state tax a business on their income, not made in that state? That is out of their jurisdiction, they could not demand that company to turn over their taxes or force them to file in that state. If that were true, any state could tax any person.

Our economy is booming? How do you figure that? Gas prices up, lumber costs ridiculous, food prices up every time I go to the grocery, national shortage of truck drivers affecting all shipping costs. How many more can I mention that indicates you are full of shit?
