When it’s not at all about adding more reps it’s abut making sure district are covering people as equally as possible until they can add a new rep

Why have a district off two million people and one with 500k? Redraw the district to ensure it’s more even. This isn’t a hard concept, unless you intentionally want to miss the point to try and justify your assault on the VA constitution and democracy
