It didn’t come close to our shift nearly as much as TX

TX is redistricting due to population, VA Dems are doing it in violation of the constitution for politics

The number of representatives does not change mid-census due to changes in the population.

"Population" is clearly a smoke screen as the intend was to change the mix of Represenatives to favor the "dominant political party" based on Trump's request to Governor Abbott and Abbotts actions to get the Legislature to make the change.

And the SCOTUS said that was fine.
