Yes you do. And blackpowder firearms are arms. So your rights have not been violated.
There are numerous types of blackpowder firearms.
As I have said before, in plain English, the US Constitution does not say that. But the Gun Control Act of 1968 does say that. But, since it allows for the use of blackpowder firearms, the limitations do not violate your right to bear arms. You can bear arms.
