Jews put Jews to death for idolatry. Christians didn't put Christians to death for idolatry. Romans put Christians to death for not rejecting Jesus and accepting their pagan gods.

You shouldn't be blaming God for Jews putting Jews to death. You should be blaming Jews for that.
