Key term and semantics in Nunes' memo.....

The Steele dossier and 1 Billion dollars didn't get the Queen crowned.

Have a nice day.

Sure, but you had to cheat to do it.

So you have evidence of election fraud?

It's been proven many times that The Russians flooded the internet with the same ads and stories that Trump's campaign spent a fortune to spread over the internet.

"proven"

Any actual proof, not "some source said X so we believe it because it matches our views"?

Don't be silly.

Let me let Mr Wonka answer you.Just replace "get" with "got"

It's amazing how you can go from quoting one mentally unstable imaginary character, Hannity, to another, Willy Wonka.

I didn't quote anyone. What did Hannity say?

The "strongest" argument made by Trump supporters in the House regarding the now infamous memo........alleges that the FBI STRONGLY relied on the Steele dossier to convince the FISA judge to grant them a warrant to monitor Carter Page's activities.......

The key sentence in the memo states:

Furthermore, Deputy Director McCabe testified before the Committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information.

Now, notice the wording and the use of the verb (past tense,) SOUGHT.....

Compare the term "sought," used by McCabe, with the much stronger term had McCabe used, APPROVED.

In short, had McCabe stated that the warrant would NOT have been APPROVED without the dossier, THEN Trump supporters would have a stronger case.....But, what McCabe actually stated is that the seeking of a warrant to monitor Page did rely on the dossier..........

Simply put, what Trump supporters are alleging, is that the FISA judge must have been a stooge for the FBI and not objective enough to discern the important reasons for APPROVING a warrant.

Your poor Communists.

You're fucked beyond your wildest fears.

Your party is over, done.

Like the Nazis you so closely resemble, you now fade into history as another evil and corrupt collection of scumbags.

They DNC paid for the dossier which was false and then was used in conjunction with a yahoo news story that regurgitated the same bunk, to launch an investigation. You need to quit lying.

OP has lost it...totally lost it

Can you blame him? His whole world just came crashing down.

The New York Times and Jeff Bezos Hate Blog are going to go on day and night about how this all means nothing - RUSSIA, RUSSIA, ***** GRABBER, WAHHHHHH

But the fact is that the Obama administration, using a corrupt and compliant DOJ rigged the presidential election, bugged the opposition candidate, then when by some miracle that candidate won, cooked up a fabricated "crime" to use as the basis of a coup.

The democrats are done, there is no recovery from what they did.

Obama goes down in history as the president who used a corrupt FBI to rig a presidential election. Forget Nixon, Obama joins Benedict Arnold in infamy.

Steele feed the FBI a load of shit. That's the first fact.

The second fact is the FISA judge didn't know Hillaryous coughed up the cash for this gossip rag trash.

Third, Hillaryous actually provided the money that flowed to Russians through Steele.

You're a melted little snowflake dripping all over the place, again.

First fact - all the the information contained in the Dossier that the FBI investigated has been confirmed as true. I believe that’s about 1/3 of the information it contains but not certain on that.

Fact no. 2. There were 4 FISA warrants issued by 4 different different judges. Only one of those applications used the Dossier because it didn’t exist when the first FISA warrant was issued.

Fact No 3. The largest factor in extending a FISA warrant is whether or not valuable intel has been obtained through the previous surveillance. If not, the warrant was not extended. The Carter Paige warrant was extended 3 or 4 times, at least once before the Dossier was part of the supporting documentation.

Good Allah but you're a dumbfuck.

Journalists who are friendly with Fusion GPS and opponents of the Trump administration claim, without any evidence of any kind beyond anonymous sources’ vague say-so, that the dossier has parts that were “verified.” That could mean something as simple as the parts about Russia trying to find information about Trump, or about Trump affiliates having friendly business relations with Russians. We have no evidence to suggest that anything significant from the dossier has been verified. And we don’t know how much, if any, was actually deliberate disinformation from the Russian government sources.

We have reports that the freelance spy who put together some of the information in the dossier was paying Russians for their information and used intermediaries. Former acting CIA director and Hillary Clinton campaign surrogate Michael Morrell said this was discrediting:

‘Then I asked myself, why did these guys provide this information, what was their motivation? And I subsequently learned that he paid them. That the intermediaries paid the sources and the intermediaries got the money from Chris. And that kind of worries me a little bit because if you’re paying somebody, particularly former [Russian Federal Security Service] officers, they are going to tell you truth and innuendo and rumor, and they’re going to call you up and say, ‘Hey, let’s have another meeting, I have more information for you,’ because they want to get paid some more,’ Morrell said.

Far from being “verified,” the dossier is better described as demonstrably false. That includes getting basic facts about Russia wrong, making claims — such as the claim that Trump lawyer Michael Cohen met with Federation Council foreign affairs head Konstantin Kosachev in Prague — that are verifiably wrong, making cartoonishly outlandish claims about finances, and various other problems.}

10 Things Reporters Need To Understand About The Steele Dossier

{
The PDF file of the 30-page typewritten report alleges that high Kremlin officials colluded with Trump, offered him multi-billion dollar bribes, and accumulated compromising evidence of Trump’s sexual escapades in Russia. That the dossier comes from former British intelligence officers appears, at first glance, to give it weight especially with Orbis’ claim of a “global network.” The U.S. intelligence community purportedly has examined the allegations but have not confirmed any of them. We can wait till hell freezes over. The material is not verifiable.

President-elect Trump has dismissed the dossier’s contents as false as has the Kremlin. Trump is right: The Orbis dossier is fake news.

I have studied Russia and the Soviet Union professionally since the mid-1960s. I have visited Russia as a scholar, as the head of a multi-year petroleum legislation project, and as a business consultant close to one hundred times. My first visit was in 1965 shortly after Nikita Khrushchev’s removal. I have a wide circle of friends and acquaintances in Russia, and I follow the Russian press regularly. I personally witnessed the creation in the early 90s of Russia’s giant energy concerns in the offices of the oil minister. I met with St. Petersburg officials in the early 90s but do not remember meeting then deputy mayor, Vladimir Putin. I have written and co-authored reports for the State Department, Congress, and the intelligence community; so I sort of know how these things work.

With the brief exception of the early to late 1990s, Russia has had a non-transparent system of rule that deliberately reveals little about itself. Both insiders and outsiders must look for subtle signs and signals. Russians and Russian experts are gossip junkies. They recite their tales of who is up and who is down to those foolish enough to listen. Outside researchers must grasp for flimsy straws to write their scholarly articles and books. Despite the greater openness of contemporary Russia, we are back to Kremlinology to learn how Putin’s kleptocracy works.

The Orbis report makes as if it knows all the ins-and-outs and comings-and-goings within Putin’s impenetrable Kremlin. It reports information from anonymous “trusted compatriots,” “knowledgeable sources,” “former intelligence officers,” and “ministry of foreign affairs officials.” The report gives a fly-on-the-wall account of just about every conceivable event associated with Donald Trump’s Russian connections. It claims to know more than is knowable as it recounts sordid tales of prostitutes, “golden showers,” bribes, squabbles in Putin’s inner circle, and who controls the dossiers of kompromat (compromising information).}

The Trump Dossier Is Fake -- And Here Are The Reasons Why

The dossier is a proven fraud.

FBI didn't find any factual inaccuracies.

FBI Statement on HPSCI Memo
The FBI takes seriously its obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI. We are committed to working with the appropriate oversight entities to ensure the continuing integrity of the FISA process.

With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it. As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.

FBI Statement on HPSCI Memo

Omissions of facts does not mean that the document wasn't factual... they couldn't find any inaccuracies, or they would have stated so.

Thank god for those omissions, this is probably only the top of the iceberg that looms beneath.

No, I sure didn't.

Why do you ask?

Oh and predictions Comrade? In the bag? Recounts, Faithless electors?

You really want to talk about predictions?

But this isn't a prediction, it's an event. You Communists have been caught red handed fixing elections and engaging in a coup attempt.

* The Steele dossier formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal FISA applications against Carter Page.

* Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.

* The four FISA surveillance applications were signed by, in various combinations, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Dana Boente, and Rod Rosenstein.

* The FBI authorized payments to Steele for work on the dossier. The FBI terminated its agreement with Steele in late October when it learned, by reading an article in Mother Jones, that Steele was talking to the media.

* The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.

* DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele's bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.}

As usual you're a ******* liar!
The last FOUR FISA warrants were issued based on the 'dossier'.

...and morons like you know this HOW???

******* Nunes did NOT even see the FISA application....

STOP just listening to hannity, nitwit....use those few brain cells you have.

Why don't you tell us all about the TWO PREVIOUS FAILED ATTEMPTS TO GET A WARRANT WITHOUT THE DOSSIER? Also the fact that PAGE was not being survailed for 6 months because they had no probable cause...

This tells me that they manufactured evidence in an effort to get the warrant and lied to the FISA Court.. This pisses me of as a retired LEO.

LOL too freaking funny. This forum is a joke

Poor little libtards have lost the narrative due to the memo and the butt hurt is strong

As usual for the left, the post only gives half the story. The FBI relied on the Steele dossier and also used leaked information from the Steele dossier to the media to reinforce the argument. In effect the FBI relied on faked unresearched fiction created by a disgraced "spy" and then the same fake information laundered through the media. It's amateur 3rd world stuff used against political opponents that you wouldn't expect except in a thoroughly corrupted administration.

You mean to tell me the FBI and DOJ were able to produce enough information to get several FISA warrants on Carter Page and never came up with enough evidence to charge him with anything? How were they able to continue to get warrants if there was no indication of a crime?

Kinda blows a big ******* hole in the entire witch hunt carried out for Obama, Hillaryous, Lynch, Comey, McCabe, 4 DOJ officials, 4 FISA judges, and several lower level FBI agents. All bought and paid for by Hillaryous.

Face it, Obama's justice department was a political machine and now you're getting it shoved down your throat.
To get another FISA warrant the DOJ/FBI would have had to prove they were 'getting somewhere' in their investigation of Carter Page.
Their 'proof' was made up bullshit. They repeatedly lied to the FISA judges.
They actively HID escopitory evidence and withheld it from the FISA judge. They lied about having TWO independent sources for their information to the judge when they knew both were from the same source and UNVETTED or UNVERIFIED..

This judge should be seizing about now and having officers of the court jailed for this crap.

Screw 'semantics'...

The Obama administration DOJ and FBI colluded with and paid a 'desperate' foreign spy working with Russians to obtain a fake document - unsubstantiated Democratic Party political opposition research - and intentionally deceptively pushed that data to a secret FISA court to illegally obtain warrants to spy on the GOP Presidential nominee and his team durig an election
...
while Hillary illegally used that data collected by a foreign spy against Trump in a US election - which was / is a crime.

Sedition
Treason
Campaign law violation

And snowflakes want to focus on Clintonian 'semantic' 'Definition of the word 'is' ' distraction crap...
