Key term and semantics in Nunes' memo.....

The "strongest" argument made by Trump supporters in the House regarding the now infamous memo........alleges that the FBI STRONGLY relied on the Steele dossier to convince the FISA judge to grant them a warrant to monitor Carter Page's activities.......

The key sentence in the memo states:

Furthermore, Deputy Director McCabe testified before the Committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information.

Now, notice the wording and the use of the verb (past tense,) SOUGHT.....

Compare the term "sought," used by McCabe, with the much stronger term had McCabe used, APPROVED.

In short, had McCabe stated that the warrant would NOT have been APPROVED without the dossier, THEN Trump supporters would have a stronger case.....But, what McCabe actually stated is that the seeking of a warrant to monitor Page did rely on the dossier..........

Simply put, what Trump supporters are alleging, is that the FISA judge must have been a stooge for the FBI and not objective enough to discern the important reasons for APPROVING a warrant.

Yeah like we are going to believe you for even a second. Seeing as how you’re a legal expert.

Yeah sure.

The stuff is legitimate as hell, which is why no one has been able to point out any inaccuracies. There is a public trail of most of this stuff happening, including the payment for the forged documents that helped in acquiring the spying warrant.

Steele feed the FBI a load of shit. That's the first fact.

The second fact is the FISA judge didn't know Hillaryous coughed up the cash for this gossip rag trash.

Third, Hillaryous actually provided the money that flowed to Russians through Steele.

You're a melted little snowflake dripping all over the place, again.

All that and $1.25 might get you a cup of coffee.

The Steele dossier and 1 Billion dollars didn't get the Queen crowned.

Have a nice day.

Sure, but you had to cheat to do it.

So you have evidence of election fraud?

It's been proven many times that The Russians flooded the internet with the same ads and stories that Trump's campaign spent a fortune to spread over the internet.

"proven"

Any actual proof, not "some source said X so we believe it because it matches our views"?

Proven where?

And how much did Saudi Arabia support Clinton?

Diagnosis: CNN viewer.

I actually check the CNN website daily, it's a good tool to gauge how far the deep end the left has gone on a given day.

Out of context and misleading can still be factually accurate. Cherry picked facts don't tell the whole story.

First fact - all the the information contained in the Dossier that the FBI investigated has been confirmed as true. I believe that’s about 1/3 of the information it contains but not certain on that.

Fact no. 2. There were 4 FISA warrants issued by 4 different different judges. Only one of those applications used the Dossier because it didn’t exist when the first FISA warrant was issued.

Fact No 3. The largest factor in extending a FISA warrant is whether or not valuable intel has been obtained through the previous surveillance. If not, the warrant was not extended. The Carter Paige warrant was extended 3 or 4 times, at least once before the Dossier was part of the supporting documentation.
As usual you're a ******* liar!
The last FOUR FISA warrants were issued based on the 'dossier'.
NOTHING in the 'dossier' has been 'confirmed' as factual. Steele himself testified under oath he couldn't confirm ANYTHING in the dossier was factual.
Fusion GPS's owner testified under oath he didn't even ask Steele if everything in the dossier was factual.
Hillary Clinton paid FGPS 12 million hard earned money she had scammed from people who were positive she'd win and therefore have 'access' to Hillary's new government, for the dossier.
Try to stop your bullshit lying.

It tells enough... investigator forging a document so that political opponents can be spied.

And most alarming, you are fine with it, because... because...

You mean to tell me the FBI and DOJ were able to produce enough information to get several FISA warrants on Carter Page and never came up with enough evidence to charge him with anything? How were they able to continue to get warrants if there was no indication of a crime?

Kinda blows a big ******* hole in the entire witch hunt carried out for Obama, Hillaryous, Lynch, Comey, McCabe, 4 DOJ officials, 4 FISA judges, and several lower level FBI agents. All bought and paid for by Hillaryous.

Face it, Obama's justice department was a political machine and now you're getting it shoved down your throat.
To get another FISA warrant the DOJ/FBI would have had to prove they were 'getting somewhere' in their investigation of Carter Page.
Their 'proof' was made up bullshit. They repeatedly lied to the FISA judges.

**** head.....THROUGH the monitoring of Page, the FBI was able to break a NYC Russian spy ring......Did you know THAT?
Is THAT "getting somewhere"? .............Yes or No?

Obama's UN ambassador unmasked over 300 US citizens in just 200 days. Now she claims someone was forging her signature.

Just a bit of DIVERSION from the O/P, there Danny????.......LOL

I guess it might be enough for a crazy right winger hoping for something to support what Alex Jones has been telling him. Sane people require something more credible.

Brilliant rebuttal.

The memo is accurate, your source aka. CNN is bullshit.

FBI didn't find any factual inaccuracies.

Truth can sometimes be painful. Yes, you have supported someone who cheated debate questions and spied political opponents.
you always were a liar

FBI Statement on HPSCI Memo
The FBI takes seriously its obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI. We are committed to working with the appropriate oversight entities to ensure the continuing integrity of the FISA process.

With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it. As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.
