"Hi! I'm Tommy The Taint! And I'm completely off my chain! I live in a failing country but have the temerity to criticize Donald Trump, one of the few leaders on Earth who has the balls to fight the Leftist agenda."

Ordinarily I would say that they had an arguable case. As with most trump grifts he is just looking for a payout.
However the trump gimp making the case seems to be out of touch with reality.
You cant get compo for poor ticket sales. Tickets sell or dont at the whim of the public. Thats just the risk you take.
In fact the artist could argue that the name itself is off putting and people of culture re unllikely to want an association with a racist cult.
The Klan Pavillion is unlikely to pack em in.

Good.

You honestly believe they won't seek damages in such an obvious case of breach of contract? Good luck with believing liberals are above the law in the Trump administration.
You didnt read the opening post did you?

Are you surprised to learn breaking a contract results in penalties?

Of course you are, you're retarded. :auiqs.jpg:

I wouldn’t perform for those trolls.

Redd has a strong defense: he signed a contract to perform at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. If the institution changed its identity and name days before the show, Redd could argue the "Trump-Kennedy" rebranding was a material change to the terms of the agreement, giving him a legal right to withdraw.

You should be a lawyer! :auiqs.jpg:

Actually, this is on obvious case of frivolous lawsuit. They have to prove people would’ve paid $1 million extra solely for this guy to play a jazz song.

Secondly, the artist signed up to play for a company by a different name: The Kennedy center. They changed their name, so contract void.

He could argue that the name change was illegal. That would be relevant.
