I have not researched it. Have they been intimidating you? I have never seen one at a polling place in Tennessee. Is your state poorly run and Black Panthers are at your polling places? I have told you before, you should move.

I heard something about that, at the time. Difference is, the panthers are not federal troops, so laws forbidding Federal Law Enforcement (so as not to allow Federal suppression, interference of intimidation of voting rights at the polls are not under the same laws, the prevent a fascist central government from directly affecting elections on election day.
Needless to say, it is not like that most places, most states, most cities, counties or towns. Was it like that at all your polling places in Philly? What did your mayor or governor at the time say or do about it? If it was widespread and nothing done, you should have been raising hell with your state representatives and to the mayor of Philadelphia. If you tried and failed, you should write your city off, and move, or plan to vote absentee, like Trump usually does.

I have met a bunch of police, especially Highway patrol. None of them operate like ICE. They mostly observe the laws of the land (mostly). None went out daily in combat gear, unless operating with me, in a military setting and none wore masks or were in uniforms where it was hard to identify, even
what Law Enforcement organization they were a part of. Mostly they operated in marked patrol cars, not unmarked rentals. They mostly followed accepted police/law enforcement procedures. They knew how to recognize a driver license and if it matched, it took less than 5 minutes to get their whole background on the computer in their patrol car, negating any necessity to take someone in custody, to be sorted out later over misdemeanor arrests. None of them ever rammed cars of citizens, not even speeding, shooting them 5 times, bragging about the 7 bullet holes, and then saw their trumped up charges dropped, even before the victim got out of the hospital, and the video proving them liars on official police reports attesting to false charges, to cover their own felony lawbreaking of false felony charges on fellow American citizens. For normal law enforcement there are no provisions for breaking into people's homes on misdemeanor searches (including American Citizens homes) without a duly authorized warrant, signed by a judge. Lots of difference between ICE operations and Law Enforcement operation. At the moment, under present operational mode being used, it would be better and more acceptable to have a sister in a whorehouse, than a brother in ICE. Hopefully they will change and do their job more professionally and inline with the US Constitution.
