Keeping ICE away from polling places a top priority for Democrats

I do not know the total numbers, as that is not something the government will put out, but I do see the reports of arrests and being held for days, until their license ID would be verified. One guy was held for hours, as they would not accept his passport as proof he was born here. I kind of figure, that guy intentionally pissed them off, though. There are people that will intentionally piss off officers from beat cops on up, hoping to get a lawsuit or a scalp. Some people are just assholes, like that. But, as for the ID thing, if there are ICE officers that cannot identify a valid driver's license or Passport, they really ought to be in some other capacity or line of work, rather than on the streets.
The only driver's license or state issued ID that could come close to being checked and validated in "quick time" would be the chip implanted "Enhanced Driver License/ID" such as is accepted at airports for boarding commercial flights.

If the cop that pulls you over for a potential traffic infraction can run a check and validate your ID/License within minutes, would think ICE can/does have same resources.

Any and nearly all push-back on valid and real identifications means and methods should be the first red flag of potential fraud and/or protection of fraud activity.

Only ... only .. .well ... well, gosh ... it wasn't a summary execution now, was it, little communist?
It was in your mind because your mind is wired to hate America and particularly to hate Republicans and Donald Trump.
But rational people see a nutjob leftist throwing himself into the middle of a law enforcement action. You do that and you're asking for chaos and trouble. His gun went off - how ******* stupid do you have to be to enter a fray with federal law enforcement wearing a gun? - and, BOOM, it was on. The gun may have gone off accidentally ... we don't know. But in a way it's a moot point. Because he had ZERO business being there to be begin with.
In other words, well, he was an idiot.
Please contact your local ER post haste & ask if their is a good shrink on call. If you're too far out of it to use a phone have a family member assist you.

And bring your fellow basement dweller Nostra with you when you check yourself in.

Nostra and I own you.
It's almost sad.
It's like watching a teenager trying to learn how to swim: flailing his arms, sputtering, swallowing water, legs kicking wildly, thinking you're really good as the people poolside roll their eyes at you, burying their faces in their hands so you don't see them laughing.
Pathetic.
Give up while you're behind. Go ahead and sink to the bottom of the pool. Maybe you'll learn a lesson.

You,
except I think you are aware your side is lying but go along with it, for your own fun of causing me and others agita!
Maybe stop listening and excepting the propaganda that you buy into oh so well.

If 'my side' is lying, disprove it with fact.....

I know you can't.

It's illegal for ICE to be there at polling places... there is a buffer zone under state law and other laws against it too.

Gemini A/I

Yes, it is illegal.

Under federal law (specifically 18 U.S.C. § 592), it is a crime to deploy armed federal officers or "armed men" to any polling place, unless necessary to repel an armed enemy. Additionally, both federal and state laws strictly prohibit any person—including federal agents—from intimidating, threatening, or coercing anyone for the purpose of interfering with their right to vote.

Key Protections

  • Federal Ban: Armed federal agents are generally barred from election sites.

  • Voter Rights: You have the right to vote without being questioned about your citizenship or immigration status by someone attempting to intimidate you.

  • State Buffer Zones: Most states have "electioneering" laws that create a protected zone around polling places to prevent harassment.

If you see this happening, you can report it to the Election Protection Hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE or notify a local poll worker.

Take it up with the Law! Looks like the law involves federal agents....the government's armed agents....military and non military.

Well, there's a thought, W6. Now, wanna know what I think of that thought?
Those masks were only made necessary by leftards threatening to and successfully doxxing federal officers.

It is a conflict of interest for he who holds the Q-36 Ilodium Explosive Space Modulator to also be imputing to the battlefield our strategy in using it. Just read a lot and maybe take up smoking or something.

Moderators are best seen and not heard from unless a vile, obscene word like COMPLAIN is used in a thread, then, let slip the dogs of War! Ahem.

Where do libs like White 6 get the idea that ICE is deporting US citizens ?

These are not cops. They are ICE Agents and need the arrest numbers.

I said arrested. I do not think they have been able to deport any, yet.

Found it. You are correct. I was not aware there were specific Federal and State laws forbidding armed, Federal Officers, troops or agents from being at polling places on election day, except to repel armed enemies.
