Ginsburg is many things but a voice of reason she is not. She is an ideologist that has willfully neglected her duties as has threatened the balance of power. Look if a judge is on the right (Scalio) or the left (Ginsburg), they should seek to constantly interject their personal beliefs into their judgements and legislate from the bench. Their duty is to uphold the constitution, federal law, treaties and other legislation, make judgements on conflicts of law and strike down laws violate the constitution.

She doesn't do that. What she seeks to do is create laws from he legislature and propose her will on the legislature. The whole point of the 3 separate but equal branches of government was makes sure there was a balance of power!
