Who needs that? Any judge will dismiss it. Other people have posted or said "8645", "8646" and "8647" and no one else has ever been charged for it. If I'm not mistaken, no other president ever publicly told their AG to charge a political enemy like Trump did, telling Bondi to charge Comey.

It's clear that this is merely a political persecution of someone the president has a personal beef against. Even more so now that Comey's been indicted twice by Trump's DOJ after Comey got away after his first indictment. Now they're so obviously desperate to get Comey, they're charging him over something they've never charged anyone else with.

Part of me is disappointed to see Comey indicted on so specious a charge as a few pebbles in the sand and not something far more substantive, and the other part of me is howling that he must defend himself against such flimsy charges and hopes they indict him a third time, maybe next time for some petty traffic violation.

I am thinking sometimes you have to use unethical to fight unethical, unfortunately. Comey was certainly unethical and should pay for it. It's important to the Justice of the land. Hopefully we get a judge who is biased like their judges are so that lesson can be served to Comey.
