Biden has AFIB and a stroke history. Thats also common knowledge. AFIB and stroke cause vascular dementia. Biden also has Parkinsons disease which has its own form of dementia. HIs symptoms were profound.
After 25 years as a therapist 2 on a dementia unit and as a therapist on a geriatric unit it was easy for me to see his symptoms. He decompensated at the debate and the world saw it.

Lawfare was invented by Donald Trump and he has used it throughout his business career to keep from paying his creditors. Ever decision that goes against him is appealled until he runs out of appeals, no matter how ridiculous his case is.

It brought it with him to the White House, and used it to block his staffers from testifying before Congress and refused to submit to Congressional Oversight. Trump used it to fight the various law suits brought against him in his first term, and throughout the period when he was fighting indictments after his Presidency.

Now he's using it to go after his "enemies" which is anyone who criticizes him, or ever tried to hold him to accounts. As always, Trump accuses others of doing the things he's actually doing.
