Justice Department indicts former FBI Director James Comey for a second time

More reasonable than the gibberish on which your cult convicted Trump
That’s an odd statement given the evidence given in the indictment was extensive, much more so than the brief outline in the Comey indictment, further substantiated at trial.

Blanche’s statement was hand waving, without any specificity, but ended on saying it’s “premature” to know what Comey will do, which makes little sense since it’s not Comey’s job to prove his innocence.
GOod luck with that. Let me guess, he's going to get millions.
I don’t think it’s the most likely outcome, but I’m pretty sure they’ll make the motion which will be more credible than 99% of these types of motions.

If Flynn gets millions, surely Comey deserves more.

LOL Yeah, other than not specifying what crimes he was being charge with. LOL

Justice Department indicts former FBI Director James Comey for a second time

This is great news for America. Lawfare Democrats must pay a price for their coup.
To be honest, I don't see this sticking as the term "86" can be interpretted without meaning an actual criminal threat. I'm actually disappointed because I personally regard Comey as relatively low fry on the totem pole. There are many other higher ups who actually attempted an insurrection to overthrow Trump, both regarding the 2016 election and with the Jan 6th investigations, up to and including members of the CIA. I do find it laughable though that Comey makes the remark, "This is not what our country is" when they've done it to Trump for 10 years now.

No, it definitely did specify what crimes he was charged with. Not sure where you got that information. The charges were explicitly stated in the indictment.
LOL Even your loon media said "huh?"

Why would Flynn get a settlement but not Comey?
Special counsel threaten to prosecute his family if he didn't plead guilty.

It's not what the jury would interpret it as, it's what the scumbag intended it to mean
The jury has to believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, that’s how Comey meant it.

Comey says he didn’t. Blanche says he did. Without further evidence, this doesn’t go anywhere.

Name them and cite some good evidence.

See you in never.

Yeah, because no one else is on the Internet. 1,000% Ratty. Kudos.
That would mean everybody who posts this
iu

Is just as guilty as Comey.

Remember, Comey said he didn't create the work, he only photographed it, and posted the photograph. So anybody who reposts, retweets, etc. that image, is as guilty as Comey.

That's a lot of indictments.

Oh, how exactly?

There's also been 2 impeachments, 3 election cycles and 2 administration where the 25th amendment could have been invoked. Why are only the 2 (not 3) since Comey posted in 2025) attempts on Trump's life relevant and not the other non-violent means to 86 Trump?

How do you assign this specific meaning as "unambigious"
Especially since guilty has to be "beyond a reasonable doubt"
Any ambiguity, creates a "reasonable doubt"

Depends on what the writer intended

Nope

He's not a boy scout, he was a US attorney in NY prosecuting the mafia and the head of the FBI investigating organized crime. In that context, he unquestionably knows that 86 means to kill someone.

Comey also went to his favorite diner when the price of eggs shot up.
And his waitress told him they were out of eggs, so they had to 86 the ommletes

Fox News asked their legal analyst about the shells on the seashore and he said it is “very likely protected speech”.
Imagine a case so weak that even Donald Trump’s state media thinks it will fail
LMAO you left wingers don't get it. The PUNISHMENT on Comey is the staggering legal fees he will incur defending it. It doesn't matter if the case gets tossed, only that it cost Comey a boatload of money. :muahaha:

Special counsel threaten to prosecute his family if he didn't plead guilty.

That's because Flynn brought his son into his business of representing foreign governments, without either of them registering as a foreign agent.

Remember, that's what they got Paul Manafort on.

Flynn got a sweetheart deal in return for ignoring the unregistered foreign agent charge for everybody.

Thanks for admitting why the charges against Comey are BOGUS.
Everybody knows they're BOGUS.
Liberals and conservatives alike.
Just call a vindictive prosecution a vindictive prosecution.
