Justice Department could present a new indictment against James Comey to a grand jury this week

What he did was still a violation of the law.

Don't break the law. Seems pretty simple to me.

You guys keep trying to claim it was a meme. It wasn't. it was a deliberate attempt to spread voter misinformation with the intent to depress the vote.

^^^ This is the kind of oppression the WEF will use their democrat pawns to bring to America.

Americans don't hate democrats enough.

Democrats = traitors

DOJ can't change SOL's, they are set in the law by Congress.

Oh...

New York didn't change the laws on felony falsification of business records. Time spent out of state has always (well at least back to the 1970's IIRC) tolled the accoumulation of SOL time. Trump moved out of state to DC and to Florida.

What the New York Legislature did change was the time frame that women could file civil suits (which are different than criminal SOLs) for sexual abuse, rape, and sexual assault cases as part of the "Me Too" movement. While the "me too" movement had been around since 2006, it really exploded in the mid 201X (teens) because of big name sexual assault cases like Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein.

Yeah, he moved to DC to be president and then had to move to florida because NY became inhospitable to him.

Yeah, I understand what new york did, and it, conveniently allowed someone to allege a 30 year old crime.

So, all the DoJ has to do is..do that. Just make an exception to SOL to prosecute bank fraud cases!

Which is what I said. He moved out of state which suspends the tolling of the SOL.

New York did not change the laws to allow for a 30-year old crime.,

The Me Too Movement did allow for civil cases.

So, all the DoJ has to do is..do that. Just make an exception to SOL to prosecute bank fraud cases!

The DOJ can't make an exception, the Federal SOLs are in the United States Code, it would require Congress to (a) change them, or (b) create an exception in the law.

You stalk me as the grammar police, then I point out how you do it while using piss poor grammar.

Projecting, dumbass, you are projecting, now go back to ******* yourself
You have to be really stupid to be a Democrat

Sure they did. They passed the adult survivors act which halted SOL for 1 year.

The Me Too Movement did allow for civil cases.

why not? New York did. I dont think you quite understand what im getting at here.

Im saying, screw the law, like NY did, just do...whatever... like new york did

False, it expanded the time window to file CIVIL suits, it didn't expant the Statute of Limitation for felony crimes.

I don't think you understand what you are trying to say.

You are trying claim that NY didn't apply SOLs to Trump's Felony Crimes, which is incorrect. For example as noted above you use of the Adult Survivors Act which extended civil suit windows, not criminal windows.

Im saying, screw the law, like NY did, just do...whatever... like new york did

I can understand - actually I can't - the idea of the "law and order" party saying "screw the law" to support Dear Leader.

Then sue her in civil court.

No, im saying NY allowed a change in SOL for E Jean Carroll to file a lawsuit against her.

Only because, you have to fight fire with fire.

It was free speech.

If that meme can be deemed illegal by democrats, any meme can be.

Democrats will bring UK style speech laws to Americans and mass arrest them.

An American voting for democrats is like a chicken voting for KFC.

Democrats = traitors

No, that meme broke a very specific law. It spread false election information.

Okay, guy, there is no WEF.

And this guy was not sentenced to life for being a transphobic ****.

Was "Irish Christian teacher Enoch Burke" sentenced to life in prison for transphobia and "refusing to use a transgender student's pronouns"? No, that's not true: The sentencing judge explicitly stated that the decision is about the repeated contempt of court for repeatedly ignoring an order to not trespas on school property. The same judge said that Burke "does not have to accept transgenderism" to leave jail -- he only needs to stop trespassing on other people's property, which, according to court materials, was a court order Burke violated multiple times over the years.

He was sent to jail for trespassing on the school property of a school where he had been fired from. Repeatedly. For years. in violation of court orders.

Which specific law, I ask because I know you have no ******* idea what you are talking about

You can start with Tresspass and Contempt of Court.

(But it's Ireland, so things are weird.)

WW

Are you saying it is illegal to lie in an election?

I'm saying it's illegal to spread misinformation on voting processes in procedures under 18 USC 241.

Obviously, if merely lying was against the law, Trump would be in prison for 1000 years.

Which specific law, I ask because I know you have no ******* idea what you are talking about

18 USC 241. Try to keep up.

I think she was asking about the guy who went to jail for 7 months for spreading the false information that people could vote for Hillary by Text.
