Nothing released changes these facts. Kislyak reaches out to Flynn on Dec 29 specifically to talk about sanctions. That’s obvious. Which is why the Trump administration first tried telling people Flynn talked to Kislyak the day before the sanctions were enacted by the Obama administration.
Flynn received direction from the Trump transition team about what to say to Kislyak. Flynn followed up with the team about the results which were effective.
So for a month Trump’s administration lied about that phone call. They knew exactly what happened but didn’t want to admit it.
