Not only are you wrong about this, Coyote, as you usually are...you show you don't know much of anything about the issue you address.

The Judge was GROSSLY out of line to accuse a Defendant, standing before his court, waiting to be sentenced for lying to the FBI----for the Judge to then accuse him of Treason----was nothing short of Judicial Malpractice.

It shows an onerous level of bias...and also that he is a Dumb-ass, because Flynn now has a good appeal if the Judge does anything really fucked up, as he may well do.

Flynn is asking to withdraw a guilty plea of lying, and the Judge, who might decide not to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea---takes that occasion to accuse him of the uncharged for-more-serious crime of Treason. What the Judge did was is a stench and an abomination.

The JUDGE should be: 1) Reprimanded by the Bar Association, and 2) Involuntarily recused from the case for showing undue bias.

You must not have known, or you pretended not to know---that the Judge came back from his Chambers after this insupportable outburst---and APOLOGIZED and agreed he was wrong---YET you still quote him with approval, that which he himself has disavowed. Are you ignorant or a knave or both?
