Illegals don't get due process, they get deported and wait for a hearing.Very good. The Trump regime’s lawless deportations are clear violations of the right to due process.

Is there a limit on how far away we can deport them? Why not deport them to Cape Town, South Africa they won't be able to sneak back in from there anytime soon.Illegals don't get due process, they get deported and wait for a hearing.

MAGA's disregard facts. This deportation was ILLEGALIs that what's being insisted on? Not by me. Only that his deportation was illegal, and as admitted to by the regime, unwarranted.

no, you are wrong againThey are in the country illegally, their due process is limited to what we say it is.
Let the DOTARD and team Petition. oh the DOTARD is playing golf againThen petition the El Salvador government in the El Salvador court system to release the fellow?
If he's the salt of the earth, they don't want him in a prison with the worst of the worst.
no, you are wrong again
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement expelled Kilmar Abrego Garcia last month despite an immigration judge’s 2019 ruling that shielded him from deportation to his native El Salvador, where he faced likely persecution by local gangs.

This administration needs to be taught a lesson. They are not above the law

Not what you say it is. To what the judge says it is.They are in the country illegally, their due process is limited to what we say it is.
this person is not illegal. Are you not capable of comprehending this ?President Trump isn't interested in petitioning El Salvador, as this fellow is an illegal and he doesn't want him back much less pay to bring him back.
The Constitution says soNot what you say it is. To what the judge says it is.
you have no say in this matter. Silence yourself. The fear of persecution is a load of shit. It might have held water in 2019, but Bukele has cleaned up the crime situation in his tremendous country and the local gangs are locked up.
That’s not the way it works, you ignorant twit.It is until another court says differently. Your opinion changes nothing.
That’s not the way it works, you ignorant twit.
I don’t know that the judge is wrong.
But if he is, then he’s wrong and the deportation may not in fact be illegal.
And the Judge says it is.The Constitution says so
If Trump & his goon squad had the right to deport him then why did they break the law & send him to El Salvador without due process that he has a right to? If the coxsuckers did that then we wouldn't be having this discussion. The judge is this case is a broad.
But the fellow who was deported is an El Salvadorian citizen.
They don't have to send back their own citizen regardless of what a US judge says.
