Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

Very good.

The Trump regime’s lawless deportations are clear violations of the right to due process.

What "good" about it? What's sensible about it?

The US government doesn't have custody of this individual, they can't obey this order even if they wanted to. Even after Trump leaves office, and a Dem gets in, the government wouldn't be able to force him to be sent back to Maryland.

I have ruled this Dem shill judge is a traitor of the first order. An American hating scumbag who apparently enjoys seeing Biden's illegals RAPE and MURDER and KILL Americans.

Illegals don't get due process, they get deported and wait for a hearing.
Is there a limit on how far away we can deport them? Why not deport them to Cape Town, South Africa they won't be able to sneak back in from there anytime soon.

South Africa doesn't want them.

Further, El Salvador is pleased to take them, and is a lot closer.

MAGA's disregard facts. This deportation was ILLEGAL

Then petition the El Salvador government in the El Salvador court system to release the fellow?

If he's the salt of the earth, they don't want him in a prison with the worst of the worst.

They are in the country illegally, their due process is limited to what we say it is.
no, you are wrong again :itsok:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement expelled Kilmar Abrego Garcia last month despite an immigration judge’s 2019 ruling that shielded him from deportation to his native El Salvador, where he faced likely persecution by local gangs.

Let the DOTARD and team Petition. oh the DOTARD is playing golf again
This administration needs to be taught a lesson. They are not above the law

The fear of persecution is a load of shit. It might have held water in 2019, but Bukele has cleaned up the crime situation in his tremendous country and the local gangs are locked up.

President Trump isn't interested in petitioning El Salvador, as this fellow is an illegal and he doesn't want him back much less pay to bring him back.

this person is not illegal. Are you not capable of comprehending this ? :itsok:

you have no say in this matter. Silence yourself.

It is until another court says differently. Your opinion changes nothing.
That’s not the way it works, you ignorant twit.

I don’t know that the judge is wrong.

But if he is, then he’s wrong and the deportation may not in fact be illegal.

Sooner or later (probably sooner), the Trump admin will realize that these frivolous rulings are not worth noticing, much less spending tax-funded resources responding to them.

The judge is this case is a broad.

But the fellow who was deported is an El Salvadorian citizen.

They don't have to send back their own citizen regardless of what a US judge says.
If Trump & his goon squad had the right to deport him then why did they break the law & send him to El Salvador without due process that he has a right to? If the coxsuckers did that then we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Can those assholes get anything right?
