Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

I don't need to defend anything Biden did.
You mean you CAN'T defend anything Biden did, much less explain why you were good with it all.

I'm not plugged in to the Fox news outrage machine.
Neither am I. All I have here are rabbit ears.

And again I'm not concerned about Garcia perse.
The term is per se. That is Latin for "by itself."

It's thousands of who Garcia is simply one.
Those are the breaks. Garcia should have stayed in his own country.

I'm concerned about the Executive branch ignoring orders from the judicial branch.
Boasberg is not The Judicial Branch.

I'm concerned with a willingness to ignore due process and jailing people abroad in a place that doesn't care about the basis of human rights.
Kinda like how the DC gulag beat, starved and withheld bail, charges, healthcare and visitation from J6ers, most of which never did anything but walk up to the capitol, look inside, and leave.

And most of all I'm concerned with people like you defending it.
My, my, you sure got a plate full. Sure sucks to be you. Me, I don't care how they get these 40 million illegals out, just so long as they are removed.

I don't give a flying fuck if they are held by the nose while kicked in the ass. This is war. It is occupation by a hostile foreign invasion intending to retake part of the USA.

Add to that, we have nothing but Garcia's own word that returning to El Salvador might be dangerous to him.

That is his tough luck.

Maybe he should not have come here illegally and committed felony crimes.
I am sure at the time he had legit concerns from a rival cartel

Wrong.
Since a US judge had issued a protective order in 2019, it was illegal for ICE to deport him, and it was illegal for El Salvador to accept him.
In fact, the mega prisons in El Salvador violate international law and the Geneva Conventions, as well as US law.
He is not legally under El Salvador jurisdiction, once the US judge issued the protective order.
Atta boy keep taking the side of the wife beating drug dealing human trafficking gang banger

Problem is this wasn't overturned it was ignored. Hence the controversy. I don't give a shit about Abrego. He might be a gang member he might not be. So far the evidence provided would not get him convicted in an American court imo. Tattoos and an informant provided by a corrupt cop, (suspended for getting sexual favors for leniency on sex workers.) The point is, that when a judge rules. The government can't simply ignore those rulings because they rather not.

And the government shouldn't, both ethically and legally deport immigrants to a foreign prison without actually establishing they are you know... criminals. The fact that you guys seem to be perfectly ok with this is mind boggling. What you guys have done is the equivalent to opening up concentration camps for undesirables. Just not on US soil. And celebrating the deed in the process.
Was Abrego-Garcia in the country illegally? YES, he was. Deport to home country. Case closed.

The order forbade his deportation to El Salvador only. It didn't not make it "illegal" to deport him.

in fact it was not "illegal" to send him to El Salvado, either. It violated a court order, but that is not a crime.

People can have Quinseneras for their daughters now, without gang violence, so I dont guess El Salvadorans much care about international opinions.

He's in the U.S. now. The "protective order" will be lifted and he'll go back home, either before or after serving time for the human trafficking charge.

Plenty of due process, but Dems will cry anyway.

Only to you. First off. Seeking a better life for yourself and coming into a country is not an offence that should come with jail time, it sure as hell shouldn't come with jail time in a foreign country without it being shown you are in fact a criminal.

Second off. When a judge makes a ruling that isn't appealed by the government. That same government can't later take it upon themselves to simply ignore that ruling.

Third. There are plenty of people who aren't being deported to their own country.

And fourth. You guys elected a CONVICTED FELON. Indicted by a Grand Jury and convicted by a jury of it's peers. This while unlike everybody else enjoying very competent lawyers, and protections under the law that nobody else has. So you don't give a shit when someone's an actual criminal you just have a problem with immigrants. To the point that, and I will repeat this again to every MAGA person who responds, you don't consider them actual human beings.

The dehumanization and the ill concealed, or not even concealed glee and indifference people likey you show when people get hurt is sickening.

First off, he violated US immigration law and it comes with immediate deportation as a consequence. Secondly, he has committed other crimes while in the country that have jail time as a consequence. BTW, El Salvadore is HIS country--not an arbitrary foreign country. Maybe you should activate your brain before you post.
