Because you need to lie about them running in order to justify the actions of law enforcement. It’s a common tactic amongst law enforcement where they make shit up to justify their illegal and unconstitutional actions.

You can't stand that they are enforcing the law, can you? That's all this is. There isn't some sense of righteousness or compassion driving you—just unfettered emotion and ignorance of reality.

Clearly, they were doing things that prompted reasonable suspicion from these ICE agents, or they wouldn't have been detained. Furthermore, as I read the case material, there's no way to verify the sworn statements made by these individuals. I doubt the judge did her due diligence in verifying them.

Video evidence is not sufficient because it only captures the immediate circumstance; it doesn't capture what the individual was doing prior to then.
