There is zero evidence they are using ethnicity to make any stops. Just like there is zero evidence they are conducting raids without a warrant.

The Judge is out of line and is behaving as a polticial actor.

If ICE is met with resistence to serving a warrant, that behavior alone is gounds to make a stop. There is a Federal warrant for the arrest of all illegals discovered by ICE or the Border Patrol.

You're argument is fallacious. The people who filed these lawsuits need to answer to the courts for frivolous and criminal waste of resources.
