Judge "orders" Trump Administration to stop arresting people in California

Link above.
When are these out of control "judges" going to realize that the federal government (as we REPEATEDLY were told during the 4 years of the Biden regime) - has control of immigration policy.

This "order" will be ignored, appealed to Supreme Court, and overturned.

Try again, lefty.
That particular LibTard Idiocy will hopefully be overturned at the speed of light...

What is the "cause" of which you speak? I could probably guess it, because I ain't quite as dumb as I seem. I'd prefer that you type the correct answer for me though; please?
Perhaps Mollie Tibbetts, or Laken Riley or Rachel Morin could help you connect the dots…oh wait, they’re raped and dead.

The cause is obvious: to deport illegal aliens from our country, as they have caused damage in a number of ways - from the $150 billion net drain per year to their ruining the caliber of the public schools.

Duh.

They arrested citizens. For being brown.
Geez. I went through the first nine pages of this thread, and it's 'brown' this and 'brown' that. And forgive me for saying so, but the only thing 'brown' here is your nose.

When you can't debate on the facts, you pivot to tired points that don't hold up under scrutiny. It's not because they are brown, nor are they citizens. Harry Dresden lives out there, he's lived out there. He knows the lay of the land, and he tried to tell you. But his first hand experience meant nothing to you.

Now prove these people were citizens. And if you say "they said so" or some other emotional diatribe, I'm through.

OK then

How do you determine which brown people are illegal?
Probable cause using established indicators of language, location and type of work when making immigration arrests.

Weren’t you the same people looking to round up those who hadn’t taken the clot shot?

Trump doesn’t have the right to arrest brown people for being brown.
trump has the authority to arrest anyone rioting in the streets

Being brown is not a get out of jail free card as long as Orange Man Bad is president

What the **** does that have to do with the ruling?

Jesus, you guys really don’t ******* read anything. Is there someone at your nursing home that can read it to you?

This is so annoying.

Try paying attention to the comments.

Yes actually.
No. They don't.

A majority of these judges should have recused themselves, given that they have clear personal biases on the issue before them, under the Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.

"Canon 3: Judges must disqualify themselves in cases where impartiality might reasonably be questioned (e.g., personal bias or financial interest)."

Why should they recuse themselves? What evidence do you ask? The very concept of judge shopping for favorable rulings on hot-button political issues is evidence enough. If those people know what biases the judge holds, then it's likely everyone else does too.

Furthermore, 28 U.S.C. § 455 (a) says essentially the same thing as the third Canon:

"(a) Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."

Additionally, the scope of Article III of the Constitution forbids the Judiciary from issuing rulings that encroach on the legitimate exercise of government. Article II, section 1 of the Constitution requires the president to take care to faithfully execute the laws of the United States.

Purple hair nose ringing do-gooders like Marener just don’t get it…they honestly believe the worldview they’ve concocted from their basement while on anxiety and depression meds and waiting for that EBT to come is the worldview all should have.

They weren’t deported. ICE let them go.
Then they weren't arrested. Why the outrage?

That's traditional law enforcement practice. Arrest or detain anyone on the scene. Question them, and if reasonable suspicion prevails, cart them off. If not, let them go. There are practices that you aren't aware of.

They’re all very selective in their cosplay”outrage” when their protected class of illegals is burdened by the law.

You're not doing good when you defend people who break the law. To say do-gooder isn't really accurate for people like that.

Yes. They were arrested. Then let go n

ICE needs to show their reasonable suspicion for detainment and probable cause for arrests. That’s all the judge is saying because they haven’t been able to do so.

When four or five of them go running off in the opposite direction away from ICE agents arriving on scene, the reasonable suspicion has already been provided.

Law enforcement need to follow the law. Too bad that’s not a more common opinion.
