But American citizens are getting arrested for no reason, I have no issue with arresting illegal aliens but when they arrest American citizens for no reason, when their homes are being invaded for no reason, then there is an issue. We need to go through the courts, there needs to be reasonable cause, just because you look like you may be an “illegal”, then there is no probable cause.

Why wouldn’t it be? Asking an alien for papers which they are required to carry is inherently reasonable. They are here on the basis of our collective permission. It is conditioned. And therefore it’s perfectly logical to assume it can be something for which a demand can be made at any time.
And it’s still not a criminal matter.
