Isn't Sharia law unconstitutional...?
According to Sharia law if one was to leave Islam they are aspostates and are to be killed...and there are plenty of other aspects of Sharia law that blatantly oppose the laws of the United States...so why should we allow Sharia law within our borders just because it is part of a religion....?
Explain to me why you want the nanny state putting its nose in what could simply be a personal preference for a choice of law, provided that no rules that would be applied be against public order.
If somebody Muslim wants his estate divided using Sharia law, why do you see the urge to interfere and prevent that person from using whatever set of rule he or she wants to use?
Again, as long as no rule that would be applied be against the public order.
