Only citizens can vote in federal elections. The legislators and election officials know this, and enforce this...each state does this with their own methods....as the U.S. constitution dictates that they do.

Before you put burdens on citizens to vote, you have to prove there is a problem with illegal's voting in the first place and the burden on citizens will correct the problem and the pain in the ass burden, doesn't outweigh the relief it may bring.

Really, if you're going to implement something like this, you have to have things in place to do it.

Trump isn't doing that, because he doesn't care if foreigners vote. He's only doing this because he thinks it'll stop poor black people from voting Democrat.

So, the judge is right to bar this. Put things in place so citizens can easily prove their citizenship, like with an ID card, or some kind of registry or whatever, and then you can bar people who can't prove their status.

The Supreme Court doesn't have to "take the case" now.....or even ever. All they have to do is grant a stay on the lower court's injuction while the case is appealed and litigated. That effectively ends the Obama appointee's injuction. We call that a shadow docket case. The court issues an emergency order. The court has already sided with the Constitution, law, and the Trump administration nearly 30 times since Trump took office last year using the same process.

The horrific fact is that the court has had to issue so many emergency shadow docket rulings overturning these activist judges. Why do you people support such activist bullshit?
