I don't know that Justice Roberts is corrupt and I'll need more than a Gateway Pundit expose' to come to an opinion on that.

But if a judge's behavior is shown to be corrupt beyond reasonable doubt, we seriously need to elect a GOP super majority in the House and Senate and start prying them out of the federal courts including SCOTUS if in fact there are any there.

He wasn't accused of being corrupt... He was accused of not deciding in line with the White House....

That is it...

The Judiciary is an equal branch of Government... Get that Thickos, EQUAL BRANCH....

• Executive Branch does something.
• A organisation challenges for legality and asks for it to be stopped on legal ground until case is heard.
• Judge orders for it to be stopped during the case

This is the Judge's role.... That is there assigned job.

The lower courts do not have constitutional authority comparable to the president's Article 2 Powers.
Only the Supreme Court can adjudicate Constitutional issues, like limits on the president's Article 2 Powers.

I believe that John Roberts is corrupt. There is no other explanation for his record and his conduct.

All Roberts said or did was to tell Trump he can't impeach judges he disagrees with.
Roberts is correct.
The only legal way to deal with a judge you disagree with is to appeal over them.
