USMB Blocked in Singapore

I spent the last few days in Singapore. When I was there, this is what I saw.

I had no idea what this was and then I saw this.



I'm in Hong Kong right now, and I am no longer blocked.

I have gotten the same types of blocks on many different sites/servers. Many times they don't give any of the reasons you were given--just "You are blocked". I found that the problem is the use of a VPN. I have gained access by turning off the VPN.

In some countries, VPNs are illegal. I've never used one.

My employer wouldn't allow the use of a company laptop abroad without a VPN.
