Chuck Grassley's interview took place shortly after the raid occurred. They didn't know anything about the Grand Jury subpoena. Grassley said they should have used less intrusive means. THEY DID. They also mistakenly believed Trump's word that he invited them to come and take whatever they wanted. We know that was a lie because Trump's attorneys specifically stopped the DoJ from doing so.

Neither Grassley or Turley said anything about any right to keep documents that are subpoenaed by a Grand Jury. Trump never challenged the subpoena. He could have taken it to court. Instead, he lied about complying with it. That's not legal.

Yes, the Grand Jury operates in a court, in this case the DC Circuit Court.

I've seen senators, congressmen, and the FBI saying that classified material can ONLY be read in the SCIF.
Its clearly the case that Biden stole classified documents. Question is, why did he steal them?
