You have so many falsehoods and half truths.Everyone defies subpoenas. Eric Holder for one. Google it.
Subpoenas are "challenged" all the time.
They are NOT sole justification for a raid on a home.
Anyone's home, let alone an ex-president.

Political fallout mounts over FBIās raid on Trumpās Mar-a-Lago
āThere is political bias within the FBI, and I think itās legitimate to raise the question about ⦠the way President Trump has been treated,ā Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, ranking member of the Sā¦nypost.com
The DOJ should have taken Trump to court to get a court order, not to send armed agents for ******* papers, that may have been declassifed.
Jordan and the House GOP, and Grassley and the Senate GOP, will find out the truth on that unjustified MAL raid.
Eric Holder responded to a congressional subpoena in an official capacity of AG by claiming executive privilege. That happens often in disputes between branches.
Trump received a grand jury subpoena. He had his lawyer sign a statement that claimed they responded to it fully, when we all now know that they didnāt. A grand jury subpoena IS an order from a court. If Trump wanted to challenge it, he could have. HE DIDNāT. Claiming youāre complying with it when you arenāt isnāt a challenge. Itās a felony.
If youāre found to be lying about responding to a grand jury subpoena, a raid is the only way to ensure that the DoJ gets the materials that the court ordered.
