That’s going to be an extremely difficult argument.

NARA asked for his documents back in 2021. The search for these documents began back then.

In 2022, Trump received a grand jury subpoena. He was given nearly a month to do a thorough search looking for those documents. His lawyer told the FBI that they had searched diligently and turned over everything. His lawyer said every document taken from the White House had been put in one small room and they had searched all of it.

Lo and behold, the FBI quickly found hundreds of documents in that exact same room.

Tell me how it can be an oversight after they claimed to have thoroughly searched for them?

The documents being there were an oversight

And they were available to be picked up anytime

Trump’s lawyers were told to search for these documents and given a month to do so. It’s beyond reasonable to claim they overlooked hundreds of documents that the FBI was able to locate within a few hours.

It’s also false to claim that they could be picked up anytime. The DoJ came to Mar a Lago to pick up the documents in June. Trump’s lawyers would not allow them to look through any boxes and the DoJ had no legal right to overrule them at that time.

Deep in the heart of Texas.
There are local police forces to investigate threats at a local school boards there is hardly a need for the federal government to get involved.

The number of documents were less than 100, not hundreds

how you figure, the lawyers for xiden knew about them before the 2022 elections they didn't say a word to have them picked when found. Stop protecting that which can't be.

You have so many falsehoods and half truths.

Eric Holder responded to a congressional subpoena in an official capacity of AG by claiming executive privilege. That happens often in disputes between branches.

Trump received a grand jury subpoena. He had his lawyer sign a statement that claimed they responded to it fully, when we all now know that they didn’t. A grand jury subpoena IS an order from a court. If Trump wanted to challenge it, he could have. HE DIDN’T. Claiming you’re complying with it when you aren’t isn’t a challenge. It’s a felony.

If you’re found to be lying about responding to a grand jury subpoena, a raid is the only way to ensure that the DoJ gets the materials that the court ordered.
Now you're lying.
1. Eric Holder ignored a subpoena, period, full stop. For whatever reason. He challenged it.
That is perfectly legal, except for Trump, who was PRESIDENT, and had the authority to declassify those documents.

2. A DC grand jury is a bunch of low-IQ democrats, NOT A COURT, dumbass.

3. I posted the responses from Senator Grassley, and Professor Turley. Trump was within his rights to keep documents he said he declassified until the court, a real court, decided otherwise, pending appeals, etc. the FBI is NOT a democrat goon squad, well they are, but they aren't supposed to be. The MAL FBI raid was total bullshit, and so was the "search warrant".

4. The court did NOT order anything. It was a DOJ fishing expedition looking for bullshit before the J6 committee disbanded. They even searched Melania's undies?!

Redo your math.

31 confidential, 54 secret, 18 top secret

Sum total is 103. That’s documents, the number of pages is much higher and that’s dramatically more than anything Biden had.

And that’s not counting the hundreds of documents Trump already turned over.

Biden may have already equaled or surpassed that number

Chuck Grasley's interview took place shortly after the raid occurred. They didn't know anything about the Grand Jury subpoena. Grassley said they should have used less intrusive means. THEY DID. They also mistakenly believed Trump's word that he invited them to come and take whatever they watned. We know that was a lie because Trump's attourneys specifically stopped the DoJ from doing so.

Neither Grassley or Turley said anything about any right to keep documents that are subpoenaed by a Grand Jury. Trump never challenged the subponea. He could have taken it to court. Instead, he lied about complying with it. That's not legal.

Yes, the Grand Jury operates in a court, in this case the DC Circuit Court.

That's on top of 184 documents with classified markings Trump already turned over.

Grand total is 287 for Trump. Tough bar to meet.

103 documents with classified markings. And you want to claim that Trump's lawyers overlooked those documents after searching diligently for a month? No one is that stupid to believe that.

It doesn’t matter
What an ignorant thing to say.

Of course it matters. Read the subpoena. Anything with classified markings was to be turned over. Whether he declassified them secretly in his thoughts is irrelevant. They're still marked classified.

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. It remains to be seen. But it's irrelevant for the reasons I already stated. Can you read?
Nope, no one outranks a president, the highest authority
