Javelins cost 100x more than the T72 they destroy. How much money are we wasting in Ukraine?

Ukraine definitely isn't going to pay. So every dollar spent in Ukraine is a a dollar wasted against about $0.015 cents. Since Russia spends 80th on their weapons that we do.

A javelin, as an example, is worth 100x more per shot than a T82B3 tank.

Let that sink in.

That's simply not true.

About $200K

A T-72 costs $4 million

God no. T72s cost 4mil in 1970s when they were built. Amortized 50 years later and they are worth much less.

Javelins have unit costs that aren't included in your stupid ******* blog.

Research and shipment costs.

People like you run business into the toilet because you don't know how to ******* price anything.

No wonder Democrats are so stupid.

They cost $1.8 million in 1998 when they were built, adjusted for inflation it's $4 million.

I linked the facts, all you have to do is click.

wrong.

Unit costUS$0.5–1.2 million in 1994–1996,[1] 30,962,000–61,924,000 rubles (US$1–2 million) in 2009,[2] US $0.5 million in 2011[3]

Furthermore, a lot of the tanks Russia has in Ukraine are T-90s

USD 2.5 million in 1999, USD 2.77 – 4.25 million in 2011 (varies by source) T-90SM: USD 4.5 Million in 2016

Cost of a Javelin missile:

Manufactured by US weapons manufacturers Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, the Javelin costs $178,000, including the launch system and missile, according to the Pentagon's 2021 budget.

Each replacement missile costs around $78,000.

T72 isnt top of the line so ya probably dont need a Javelin

Even at some paltry 2% a year the depreciation of a T72 is basically total. The tank is completely "free". The Russian state had to tax people a penny per tank. Lol

15th post
Lol you ******* retards are getting dumber.
The cost benefit ratio (even if those numbers are true) go way beyond those numbers. A dead tank may translate into saved lives and one’s other war materiel also saved.
You realize they have some 10,000 more cold war Era tanks to throw away right? Lololol
