For example, Gulliani made elaborate promises of 'comprehensive evidence' he was going to present in his defense after losing his civil trial and entering the 'penalty' phase. But you can't admit new evidence after the trial is over.

Either Gullliani knew this and made his promises to appeal to an audience of MAGA morons who didn't. Or Gulliani didn't know. In which case, he's too stupid to manage his own defense.

Either way, he lost to the tune of $148 million dollars and went bankrupt the same day.
