I have some Mexican neighbors. Actually, there's three Mexican families on my street. Every once in a while we see a line of police cars parked in front of their houses. Well, maybe like three or four police cars.

Whenever I saw that I said to myself, dang, why are the police always parked in front of their houses. As it turns out, the police park a house or two away from the actual place they are going. They were always going to another house, a bunch of gay white guys live there, they're power drinkers apparently, and they're always fighting between themselves.

If I really think about it, the Mexican families are my best neighbors. They don't bother anyone. They keep their lawns cut and trimmed, there's aways nice flowers, they keep their place nice. And they're very family oriented, they're always out there in their yards playing with their kids. I appreciate neighbors like that, it's always nice and quiet. You can sit on your porch and watch the birds chirp and relax.

And here's the other thing. They look out for their neighbors. You know how everybody's always saying what kind of asshole their neighbor is? Well, the Mexican families don't do that. And that's how neigborhoods should be.
