"It's not theirs, Its mine"

There's a legal protocol to declassify documents.

I can't believe you're so stupid. The law has been posted repeatedly.
It's not necessary when you ARE the classifying agent...ie the President...more over, there was standing order from some time well before Jan 20th

Again… whether or not the items were declassified or not matters not at all.

It was illegal for him to HAVE them after he left office

So should / did Hillary. According to Comey, Hillary broke laws and committed espionage.

'Luckily' for Trump the DOJ & FBI 'set precedence' by refusing to prosecute her for her crimes, which were more heinous/ illegal than his.

Back then it was a misdemeanor and Hillary didn't do it on purpose. Big difference.

Sorry...it was declassified....the Xiden admin can't come back and say, no that's classified now, and try to punish him...clearly however they have attempted to do that as a pretext to get his attorney-client priv material, and raid through his wife's panties.

Sickos
Trump should have turned it over when they ordered him to do so.

By not doing so, he may have impeded an investigation. That would be illegal.

Nothing but unsubstantiated rumors. This is not "news." It is gossip.
If enough people are saying the same thing and only one person is disputing it or telling a different story and trying to tell you that everybody else is lying (or spreading "fake news").......then that one person is MOST LIKELY either lying to you or they are bat-shit crazy.
It is called "gaslighting" and Trump is pretty much the poster child for it.

"One lawyer told a story from early in Trump’s presidency of his legal team urging him against tweeting about the Mueller probe, only to find he’d tweeted about it before they got to the end of the West Wing driveway. Several people said Trump was nearly impossible to represent and that it would be unclear if they would ever get paid.

This is gossip Sixties Fan.....pure and undiluted gossip,

Nothing but that.

Just as it's illegal for you to have an overdue library book.

Progs are the people who gaslight. The difference is that they coordinate and all tell the same lies. Your theory is false in the case of progs.

When was espionage, sending and receiving TS/SCI info, and illegally destroying classified devices with a hammer ever 'misdemeanors'?

Dims are above the law. They never go to prison for stuff that Republicans re routinely locked up for.
Dems don’t do the things that Republicans routinely do.

Dems are indeed prosecuted and locked up for committing crimes. It’s pretty clueless that you’d ignore that.
