Can't speak to the photo but I know for a fact Trump was at the event because I saw him at it. He was getting applause from the crowd, standing up, front row, and while I watched, sitting beside the wife of one of the fighters.

Do not forget, Trump is sponsoring a big MMA event at the WH this summer.
