Just for the hell of it let's say Biden and the Democrats do pack the SC long term where does that lead the nation? In my opinion nowhere good you get an endless tit for tat with each side packing it so it becomes nothing more than a partisan extension of the party in control at the moment and people just ignore the courts decisons. The second possibilty is it becomes a major step in making the nation a one party rule country which historically leads to violence, uprisings and finally a civil war.

How is limiting a supreme court judge to a ten year term instead of life politicizing the court??
