I believe you are confusing two concepts:

while there are many people who are Jews who work and have leadership positions in a variety of areas, their working and industry has nothing to do with their religion, nor does their religion have anything to do with being in the industry. A person or people who are Jewish might run individual corporations but claiming that there is an aspect of their being Jewish which is intertwined with their job identity is false.
