"Israel Made the Desert Bloom" is a Myth, They Stole the Land from Farmers Who Were Already There for Hundreds of Years

MORE EVASIVE 'WHATABOUTERY'"

Still a fallacious question as we have yet to establish what the "horrific atrocities" are. What, exactly, are you accusing Israel of committing?

I can name the things I condemn about the October 7 invasion and attack:
  • violation of Israeli sovereign territory
  • indiscriminate acts intended to cause death, bodily harm, destruction
  • targeting civilians
  • targeting protected persons (children)
  • intentional killing
  • intentional killing of protected persons (children)
  • intentional killing of members of a racial, ethnic, or national group, as such
  • mutilation
  • rape
  • sexual assault
  • torture
  • captivity
  • abduction
  • failure to provide necessities of life (water, food, medical care)
  • forced starvation
  • intentional medical mutilation
  • desecration of deceased
  • refusal to release remains

Do you agree that these "horrific atrocities" were committed by Hamas and (some) by civilians on October 7 and in the following months? If yes, do you condemn these horrific atrocities?

See how that works?

All I see is more evasive whataboutery, outright lies, fake accusations and nothing that genocidal Zionists haven't been doing with impunity for 80 years.

You predictably omitted the fact that the Israeli government had over a year's notice before the uprising and was complicit in killing Israelis (about 300), withdrawing troops from the Wall, lied about "40 headless babies" and lied about rape charges.

I see no point in attempting to discuss an ongoing genocide with dishonest apologists for what the educated and rational world condemns in greater numbers every day.

(1). “Report: 7 October testimonies strike major blow to Israeli narrative”

EXCERPT “New first-hand accounts from witnesses of Israel’s clashes with Hamas militants on 7 October suggest that, in their desperation to contain the surprise incursion, Israeli troops indiscriminately fired on their own citizens with heavy weaponry, resulting in potentially scores of Israeli deaths from so-called “friendly fire”.

Unverified claims circulated by Israel that Hamas militants beheaded 40 babies on 7 October were widely rejected as propaganda which, critics argue, was designed to garner sympathy for Israel to carry out collective punishment of Gaza’s 2.2 million. However, a closer examination of events by The Grayzone tells a different story: one in which the Israeli military itself bears responsibility for numerous civilian deaths. The emerging details not only contradict the Israeli government’s version of events, but indicate that, in the chaos of battle, reckless Israeli fire likely led to significant casualties among the Israeli population.” CONTINUED

(2). "Israel: Palestinian children ill-treated and tortured while in detention"

The International Secretariat of OMCT has been informed by DCI, Palestine section (DCI/PS), a member of the OMCT network, that detainees, including children, are still subject to torture and other ill-treatment in Israeli detention centres.

This abuse includes beating, being handcuffed and blindfolded for extended periods of time, severe lack of food or no food, no access to medical treatment, being forced to sleep outside with shortages of, or no, bedding and repeated psychological and physical abuse.

If released, detainees are taken to outlying areas in the middle of the night where they are left in dangerous situations without means of getting home."

(3) "Hamas baby beheading hoax"

EXCERPT "The hoax was initially endorsed by US President Joe Biden, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and some IDF spokespeople, and was then spread credulously by western media outlets, gaining widespread coverage and, arguably, helping to shape the consensus in favor of war on the Gaza Strip.

Since then, only one victim of the October 7 violence in Israel has actually been identified as a baby." CONTINUED

Bloom. LMAO.

Israel is like gasoline on beautiful flowers.

All I see is more evasive whataboutery, outright lies, fake accusations
So, you won't condemn anything on that list of Hamas-committed atrocities? And you won't reveal what you accuse Israel of.

All I see is more evasive whataboutery, outright lies, fake accusations ...

You predictably omitted the fact that the Israeli government ... lied about rape charges.

Oh look! Even the corrupt UN has finally come to its senses!
Are you going to condemn the sexual violence committed by Hamas? Yes or no?

- "October 7 'rape claims' debunked as Israeli propaganda unravels"

EXCERPT "Discredited stories and false first responder accounts — of beheaded babies, children hung from clotheslines, and infants put in ovens — were used to exaggerate events of October 7 and create backing for Israel's war on Gaza, AP reports." CONTINUED

- "No rape allegations filed from 7 October, reveals Israeli prosecutor"

EXCERPT "Israeli authorities have admitted that no allegations of rape or sexual assault have been filed from the 7 October cross-border infiltration by Palestinian resistance factions, despite extensive investigations.

Moran Gaz, a former lead prosecutor in Israel’s Southern District Prosecutor’s Office and member of Team 7.10, disclosed the findings in an interview with Ynet. The team is responsible for cases involving captured Palestinians linked to the attacks.

Gaz stated that her department has found no evidence of sexual violence. “In the end, we don’t have any complainants. What was presented in the media compared to what will eventually come together will be entirely different,” she said." CONTINUED

You DO understand that dead women don't exactly walk into the local police station to file a complaint, right?!

From the Conflict-Related Sexual Violence Report of the Secretary General (emphasis mine):

Israel and the State of Palestine1 35. In March 2024, the mission led by my Special Representative found clear and convincing information that some hostages taken to Gaza were subjected to various forms of conflict-related sexual violence during their time in captivity (see S/2024/217). My Special Representative also found reasonable grounds to believe that sexual violence occurred during the attacks of 7 October 2023 in multiple locations, including rape and gang rape. Several fully naked or partially naked bodies from the waist down were recovered – mostly women – with hands tied, who had been shot multiple times, often in the head. Although circumstantial, such a pattern of undressing and restraining of victims may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence. These findings were corroborated by the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel, which also found reasonable grounds to conclude that sexual violence was committed on 7 October at the Nova festival, on Road 232, at the Nahal Oz military outpost and at kibbutzim Re’im, Nir Oz and Kfar Aza (see A/HRC/56/CRP.3). The Commission of Inquiry also received credible information about some hostages being subjected to sexual and gender-based violence, including sexualized torture, while in captivity (see A/79/232). Both my Special Representative and the Commission of Inquiry found that the 7 October attacks were led and coordinated by Hamas, joined by other Palestinian armed groups, including the military arms of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Popular Resistance Committees and the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, as well as civilians from Gaza. My Special Representative concluded that the complexity and modus operandi of the attacks demonstrated a significant level of planning, coordination and detailed prior knowledge of the targets selected (see S/2024/217). In May 2024, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court submitted applications for warrants for the arrest of three political and military commanders of Hamas, citing reasonable grounds to believe that they bear criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity, including rape and other forms of sexual violence, committed on the territory of Israel and the State of Palestine from at least 7 October 2023.

"LOOK WHO NOW SUPPORTS U.N. RES. # 242 & # 338"
Oh, I have no love for the UN. They are corrupt beyond belief. I think what you mean by this is "oh, look! Now you suddenly trust the UN". And yes, even the UN finally came to the obvious and correct conclusion - that crimes of a violent sexual nature occurred in multiple places on October 7 and to the hostages after October 7.

I have noted that you refuse to condemn ANY of the atrocities that were committed on October 7 and afterward. It speaks volumes about your character.

Don't bother to @me that I haven't condemned any of the acts that Israel has committed. If they have committed anything that deserves condemnation, I will condemn those acts. Publicly. Right here. I just need to know what you accuse them of. (Besides genocide. You already know I reject that accusation.)

As for UNGA Resolutions 242 and 338, where have I ever said that I didn't support them? I have said that they are concluded. The conditions required in the text of the resolutions have been met. There is peace between every State in the region.
