Israel and Palastine explained.

...-Ignoring the massive diss you made there on IDF-
I want to ask you one simple question, Would you let those who want you dead to live?

Ignore what you like, I have no respect for the IDF at all; it's long history of atrocities and war crimes coupled with the hypocrisy of such declarations as "the purity of arms" and "the most moral army in the world" and the practice of "kill and cry" make the organization worthy of nothing but contempt.

As to the "simple" question, "Would you let those who want you dead to live?"

This is far from a simple question, as it begs the questions, "Why do they want me dead?" and "What can I do to change their minds and become friends instead of enemies?"

I have travelled the world extensively and one fundamental truth I've discovered is that no matter what "race" or "religion" people are, no matter where they live and under what circumstances, their prime motivations are to make a comfortable life for themselves and their families and to live in peace with their neighbours. No human being is born hating another, hatred has to be first provoked and then stoked for it to continue to exist.

what a joke you are-----you have obviously never been to a mosque. A muslim need
never encounter a hindu, Christian, or jew in order to hate all of them----he need
only go to a mosque to hate the ENEMEEEEEEEEEEES of ISLAAAAAAAAMMMM

The Israelis want to live. The Palestinians want them all pushed into the ocean. What is there to explain?

Politico----you did the right thing----a thing from which I sometimes wander.
You alluded to the OP. The OP brings forth a fundamental issue----for
a definitive answer ask the successor to the prophet-----Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
however----keep in mind----that the other caliph----Bashar Assad----is firmly
in place (sorta) and he would have a slightly different answer

I've been to several mosques as it happens, including the famous Blue Mosque in Istanbul. I've been to Churches (including St. Peter's Basilica) and Gurdwaras, Mandirs and even been to a Beth t'fila in my time.

I've spoken to many, many, many Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and Jewish people and have found both good and bad in all of them.

Perhaps that's why I'm not bigotted against any particular ethnic group or religion.

you said nothing-----you simply repeated a platitude----'"there is both good and bad
in the various peoples of the world, including muslims, Christians, hindus, Sikhs and
jews" SO? I remarked on the fact that muslims are taught hatred in mosques---
I have been to mosques, churches of various sects, hindu festival observances,
one Buddhist temple -----I have never been in a Sikh temple but know people who
have and know Sikhs-------the only places in which I experienced HATRED TAUGHT---
was in mosques . You did not respond to my remark at all-----you simply engaged in
maudlin meaninglessness. I do not believe your disclaimer ----I find you quite bigotted

People who lived in the area before they were invaded and pushed out by European Zionists.

Dennis Prager, Not a Pallywood-made video.

Propaganda crap.

People in non self governing territories have the right to self determination without external interference, the right to independence and sovereignty, and the right to territorial integrity.

"A state" is not necessary.

That last statement is a real head-scratcher. Is that an EXCUSE to turn the opportunity of an INDEPENDENT GAZA over to a terrorist organization that has no interest in truly governing or improving the lot of their citizens?? Sounds like it..

Of course Assad has a different answer. He has a different agenda.

Nice Israeli talking points.

Some information about Gaza that does not come from Israel.

Doesn't explain to me why not declaring on Gaza as independent state.

I don't know. I don't hear Palestinians use the word.

That's likely because PFTin - The Palestinians haven't pondered ANYTHING beyond
"Death to Israel".. All that organization and governance stuff hasn't ever crossed their minds.. That's what the Mullahs and religious leaders are for.... Something like 40 acres and mule is their aspiration..
