Is there really white privilege?

it embodies everything about this thread. Happy to piss on your Wheaties, Kkkrepitus
The fact that you think that clearly says you don't understand the topic.

Dismissed.

It's not something I think; it's something I know. A month ago when people were protesting their right to open up their business and go back to work so they don't go bankrupt they were ridiculed and mocked by people like you and there was no shortage of sleazy politicians and media talking heads making a point to note how "white" the crowds were (there's your dog whistle). Flash forward to two weeks ago when you saw tens of thousands of black people out protesting over George Floyd, breaking the same rules even more egregiously than the prior group and they got praised for it by the same media and the politicians took part in it, breaking their own rules they implemented. Even when thousands of them started rampaging through the streets like the feral animals they are looting and destroying everything in sight they were encouraged and excused.

White privilege means you have to follow the rules while black potheads and welfare queens get to shoot and loot.

They should be very careful of the old fool when the arrest him.

They should just shoot the militia idiots.

Gotta get the faithful in for their weekly conditioning, otherwise they might no longer be faithful.

There news stories and videos all over the internet of dumbass rednecks throwing temper tantrums about being asked to wear masks.

Dismissed
You've completely missed the point.

Well done.

The only one who is missing any important points here is you.

What he said was 100% factual.

Have you ever walked into a store and not been followed by security because they thought you might steal something?

White privilege.

Been pulled over and not had your car searched?

White privilege.

And so on.

Except I do know white people who’ve had that happen to them.
I’m just going to step out on a limb here but are they kind of shady looking people?
"Shady" is a racist term. Yet use it unthinkingly without repercussions.

White privilege.
You’re an idiot. Fuck off with that shit.
Typical tRumpling, backed into a corner and screeching insults.

Damn you people are predictable.
What corner? When you’re down to screaming racist over the word shady that thin branch of logic you climbed out on has snapped. It’s a desperation move on your part and I’m not putting up with it.
I'm not "screaming" anything, kid. I'm pointing out what you said, without even realizing you said it. It's an example of just how ingrained the racism is with some of the folks in our society. Including apparently you. You disliked my point but couldn't refute it, so you started calling me names as is the typical republican response when stumped.
I’m not stumped in the least. Anyone that goes off calling someone racist for using the word shady is an unhinged tool just looking for stupid shit to get upset about. Can’t be stumped by something that obvious.
It's a racist term
Don't wanna be called a racist? Don't say racist things.
You’re so woke. A virtue signaling Olympian for sure. Still shady as hell.

Facts are facts, Son.

Your denial neither changes that nor makes my pointing it out "virtue signalling" which I'm assuming is just something Rush Limbaugh made up.

What facts would that be? Your woke ass just deciding shady is racist? Or someone just as sad and unhinged as you writing about PB&J being racist?

Are those your facts? It’s both comical and pathetic watching you post your stupid crap on here.

The above is just pathetic.

As far as I know PB&J isn't.

I’ve been wondering about this since the entire white privilege thing started. Kinda looking around for it. If I had it at all it sure as hell wasn't helping me. Im still looking for it. Has anyone actually found their white privilege?

Absolutely... you'd be dishonest if you admitted it didn't exist. All the people making hiring decisions are white, so of course, there is white privilege. Whites get better schools, better opportunities and better jobs.

Give you a great example. In 2012, I was working in a department where we had three people leave during the summer months.

A Chinese woman who had been with the company for 9 years.
A black woman who had been with the company for 2 years.
A pretty white intern who had been with the company for about three months.

NOW- Guess which one of them the General Manager (White, male, in his fifties) took time out of his "busy" schedule to go to lunch with on her last day?

Come on, you can guess.

There are people who are not black that that has happened to. A lot of people have been profiled. When it comes to doing things not legal, there is a higher percentage more in the black communities. Anyone who has done no wrong though, it still sucks.

We have men who leave the women they impregnate and you somehow are not so animated about that.

Whites built almost all of the civilization. All of the best countries are white, according to all of the best countries lists I have ever seen - they are made by leftist organizations by the way, one was quoted to me by JoeB. All this despite being 6-8% of world population.

Yes, white countries are privileged. There is just something special about white attitudes and DNA that others have not yet figured out. That is not a sin, it is a fact to be celebrated. White cultures are FUCKING AWESOME!

I think that a fair-minded person would agree that Europeans and Euro-Americans have a lot to be ashamed of and a lot to be proud of.

There is NO doubt in my mind that cultures REALLY do differ.

A member of the legendary TV series "Friends" recently stated that if the show were made today, it would be made with a Black cast. I think that she was correct. But I doubt that the same scripts could be used. Euro-Americans have a certain distinct attitude.

I also agree with the OP that the "best" countries to live in are where people of European ancestry are (currently) in the majority. That is why millions and millions of people are fighting to get into Europe and the United States.

Is there really white privilege?
Yes. It's called capitalism. It has nothing to do with white people and everything to do with fundamentally transforming America into a communist shit hole.

So? What were the circumstances of each one leaving? Did they all leave under good terms or not so much? Did all three have the same working relationship with him?

A lot more goes into peoples interactions than their race.

Okay. Let's look at that.

The Chinese lady had worked there for 9 years. She was personally responsible for building our relationships with Chinese suppliers which were critical to the company. She was the Senior Buyer in the department. She left because after 9 years, someone else offered her more money.

The intern- barely interacted with him. Just kind of helped the department organize files in advance of a audit and helped the MRO buyer.

Now, this boss wasn't a racist. I worked for him for seven years and never heard him utter anything I would consider even remotely racist. But I think it says a lot that he felt more kinship to this girl whose name even I don't remember than someone who had worked for the company for nearly a decade.

Again, so what? I’ve worked with some people for years and we don’t go to lunch. If they quit I wouldn’t even say goodbye.

I think your struggle here, other than proving any privilege, is your own biases and your own notions of how others should act. Did you go to lunch with any of the three?

I went to the going away lunches of all three.

The point I was making was that being white and pretty gave this woman more attention than being of color and competent.

No shit. It’s almost like you never noticed runway models. Shockingly the homely librarian never made center fold in Playboy.
