Zone1 Is the Catholic tradition of Papacy something Jesus mentioned ?

You try to misunderstand
What other first person does Christ allow for to "lead" anyone else? The one who worked one hour is the same as the one who worked eleven hours. All are priests in God's kingdom. No hierarchy.

Not so. For all Christians, the first person is Christ.
In Judaism, when the king was away, he remained king. In his absence, a minister was appointed to take on his authority and duties until his return. This is the Jewish practice Jesus followed. He appointed a minister who handle these everyday, earthly matters. Recall that in the beginning their was one church who looked to this leader (who came to be known as Pope) to have the final leadership duties while Christ is away.

Ever consider whether a person cannot follow an appointed leader, but only their own self-appointed leadership, would be able to follow the leadership of Christ over self? That's probably one of the hazards of free will.
