Is Texas gerrymandering racist?

The racist Democrats demand race based congressional districts.
But, the Supreme Court has ruled that the racist Democrat race based congressional districts are unconstitutional.

Of course it is! Why would they do it otherwise? And, doing it in the first place was in response to orders Abbot received from Trump, the most racist president ever to occupy the White House.

Trump has been a hard core racist most of his life, harkening back to the days of his youth, reared by a father who was a hard core racist slum lord. Of course Abbot and Trump claim that their actions are pure, and they are, purely racist to the core!
.
Bigly!!!
We had 12 presidents who owned slaves, so they might be more racist than Trump, but Trump is clearly the most openly racist president in modern history.

And yes, this Texas move is clearly racist, just like the so-called "voter integrity" measures.

Everything is racist if your mind works like that. Democrats invented "Gerrymandering" but the way the media spins it there could be good racism applied to democrat gerrymandering and bad racism applied to republican gerrymandering.
No, everything isn't racist. It's time racists stopped telling that lie. This is not really about gerrymandering, it is about a president calling a governor and telling him to change the electoral map, meaning the president has now decided to disrespect the right of a state. It's federal government overreach and you fascists seem to be fine with it.

Interestingly Abbott is not claiming that his racist gerrymander is not racist.

He is claiming that it is too late to do anything about it.

The Supreme Court battle over Texas’s map mainly concerns timing.
At this stage, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) primary argument is that the lower court acted too late in blocking the congressional map as a likely racial gerrymander.
Abbott cites the Purcell principle, which states that federal judges shouldn’t block voting maps in the period close to an election.
Lesson: If you want to boost Republican representation, wait until the last minute to order a racist gerrymander.

Is the California, New York, Illinois, etc., gerrymandering racist?
You might want to study the particular situation in Texas before you try making this comparison.

You may have wanted to do the research I did prior to commenting.

California... 45% Democrat - 82% Democrat Reps in Congress
Texas... 38% Republican - 66% Republican Reps in Congress

That's a 28% disparity in Texas and a 37% disparity in California... and California wants to make that number greater.

There is your comparison.

That's a sorry comparison. California did not racially gerrymander their districts in mid mid-decade to get a Democratic advantage to help a Democratic president have his party in the majrity in rder to control the gvernment.

Is the sky blue?

This DOJ is suing just for show because what California did was not racist.
