Is partition of the United States inevitable?

This article, written by a liberal Democrat last month, claims that it is:

THE UNITED STATES WILL SOON BE AT AN END.

After 8/8, and the profound rage and division which have followed, we are in vastly greater danger than perhaps ever before in our history.

And no one is backing down, but rather the stakes are being raised higher and higher.

So it seems we have two choices:

1) Peaceful partition into a) rational territories and b) irrational territories

2) Civil war (which will result in the above, but after incalculable violence and death)

Is there a third option, or is this country at an end?

Not inevitable but impossible

It is impossible to separate the Blue from the Red of break up these United States
California alone would become something like 10 states, it's true.

But this madness cannot continue, and peaceful partition, though difficult, is preferable to civil war.

The enemies of America have been touting that theory for some time now.

Still 50+ strong.
So you feel the liberal Democrat who wrote the article in the OP is an enemy of America?

Interesting...

State lines would need to be redrawn and each newly drawn state would become a sovereign nation free to form alliances with other states.

Think "super states" of alliances between say Virginia (excluding NOtVA), WV, TN, KY, OH, Western PA. They could be formed into a super state or nation.

Of course they would have to get shed of their liberal shit-holes too.....Or at least the undesirables in them.....Cleanse them by force if necessary if they refuse to leave.

The federal government would by necessity cease to exist, along with federal laws preventing us from doing the needful......There's damn sure no Lincoln waiting in the wings to hold it together if we really want to leave.

We’re already two countries. Normal Americans and batshit crazy Democrats.

The question is will the Democrats allow us to break off peacefully and go our separate ways. The answer is no. They are hellbent on forcing their insanity on everyone.

The OP quotes teepee12 and got teepee12, duh.

Agree with RW, there is no way to separate states or regions into new governments.

The US Constitution would be enforced.

I believe the ultimate goal of the democrats is to destroy the fabric of American culture and our Constitutional Republic so that their bosses, the Communist Chinese, can take over.

Texas first, right? Aren't they seceding?

What does this mean?

It would be VERY difficult, but the other possibility is vastly worse.

That document has been put through the shredder countless times, particularly in the last 6 years.
