Up until now, the Justice system was tied to the Constitution and if something was done wrong, it could be appealed. The bottom line is that guilt or innocence had to ultimately be proven based on the laws that came from the Constitution. Could something fail in spite of that? Sure, given that nothing in life is ever perfect. Nonetheless, it generally worked and the right thing was done.

That is now going to be totally destroyed and what Justice from now on is going to be based on power and money. Those who have it get away with whatever they want to do and the rest.............tough shit.
