The Federal cases against Trump were all bullshit. Any prosecutor or FBI Agent knew this, and yet they willingly participated in a CONSPIRACY TO INTERFERE WITH THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, which is a crime, for which they basically were immune from personal prosecution.

Schiff repeatedly lied his ass off, not only when he was protected, but also when speaking as a witness. Everybody knows it. This is enough to initiate prosecution, but the nominees are being asked to "swear" that they will not pursue the valid prosecutions if confirmed.

Biden pardoned them and some members of his family. His explanation was that Trump would use the DOJ to go after people solely for political reasons without any evidence. Of course, if Biden thought Trump was going to target his family with bogus charges, then why didnt he pardon his wife Jill? Does he not care if Trump hits HER with bogus charges? Nope, Biden simply lied and thats why she doesnt need a pardon. She wasnt one of the family members who was engaged in corruption, so no pardoned needed.
