Iran and "To Be Or Not To Be"

They are a theocracy, much like Israel PC

but their 'b*tch' with us has more to do with our M.E. foreign policy, than that of religious disagreements

You are a fool, Israel isn't.

AI Overview

No, Israel is not a theocracy. It is officially a parliamentary democracy with a multi-party system. While religion plays a significant role in Israeli society and law, particularly regarding personal status matters like marriage and divorce, the country is not governed by religious leaders or religious law.

Do you ever mind being stupid, or are you simply used to it?

Have you ever been to Israel? Or any nation in the area?

That was a bit harsh, huh?

I don't have a lot of confidence in AI answers. I sometimes find it to be incorrect, or very limited in its so-called knowledge.

Really, it;s only as smart as the dolts it learns from on the internet, if you ask me.

And not to jack your thread or anything, but a while back some of the Jews on here were fighting with some of the anti-Israel government folk.

Anyway, what had happen was that some of Jews were telling the anti-Israel government folk that they were antisemitic for attacking Israel's policies because they felt that they were attacking the Jews in doing so.

So anyway...I chimed in, like a dumbass, I knew better than to get mixed up with that mess in the first place, and I asked why defenders of Israel's policies always conflated Jewery with Israel government policy by charging the anti-Israel government folk with antisemitism.

Now. Ropey responded to my question in whatever thread they were in. But I forget what he said.

Ropey what was it that you said about that, specifically? I honestly do not remember. But if I recall correctly, your answer made sense...if I recall right.

I won't go there, bro.

Suffice it to say that Jews are the same as anyone else. We fight with each other too, and there are those who are anti-Israel as well. Just like there are Athiests and anti-Athiests.

Now I take each person on a per-capita basis. I first look to see if they have skin in the discussion. That tends to raise the transactional value of their responses and so I mentally lower their degree. If they have no skin in the game but are passionate, then I add to the transactional value. I go through a procedural method to determine if the "Jew" is the issue.

When you say that the Jews who were expelled to Persia/Iraq (Babylon) and who continued to travel to Europe and Eastern Europe are not real Jews?

I see that as a desire to deligitimize a people and that's the coining of the genocide term, created after Turkey slow-walked millions of Armenians, many to their deaths as they forced them from Anatolia to a tiny land which is now called Armenia, but once was called Anatolia, now called Turkey.

So I won't go any deeper than that. I think it explains my view.

I do not need AI for any of that but I will use it for citing sources since my mind is rather eidetic.

They're not the chosen ones they like to pretend to be. The Jews of modern Israel are not the Jews of the Bible. Not in any way, shape or form.

And if any country ever does pop off a nuke, my money is on Israel. Gare awn teed. And I'm sure there will be an arbitrary victim status card raised. Crazies...

Crazy is right. You fit the card...

Please don't worry about "jacking the thread."

It's smarter to just leave the Hebrews alone. Israel is a tiny land and much of it is the Negev desert, so add that to the fact that there's not many of us in the world?

We shouldn't be such a big deal. Over 60% of the United Nations General Assembly motions are against Israel. All Nations = United Nations

Zechariah 12:3 ►"On that day, when all the nations of the earth gather against her, I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who would heave it away will be severely injured."

Just leave the Hebrews alone, even if you think they are evil spawns of Satan.

Skin in the game????

Did you see this today?

Pennsylvania’s Muhlenberg College may have become the first institution since Oct. 7 to oust a tenured faculty member for such statements, though the professor is appealing the decision and still receiving a salary."

Tenured Jewish prof. says she's fired for pro-Palestine post

This psychopath wrote: “Do not cower to Zionists,” the post read, according to Finkelstein. “Shame them. Do not welcome them in your spaces. Do not make them feel comfortable. Why should those genocide-loving fascists be treated any different than any other flat-out racist. Don’t normalize Zionism. Don’t normalize Zionists taking up space.”

I consider myself a Zionist, a conservative in all things except condiments, and a supporter of free speech. They need another reason to fire her.

But she clearly is not on the side of Israel.

We're very different.

Not just Asia, I was amazed at things I saw in Israel, Egypt, and Jordan.

I've posted pics here.

Well. I don't often go into middle east threads at all.

My views really don't align with the MAGAs or the modern Republicans or the Democrats.

I'm more of a true America-firster. And I don't really see USMB as an America first sort of demographic, respectfully and collectively speaking.

A lot of the authors' writings found here would more relevantly reflect/align with my views...

And, of course, Mises...

This is a fault that weighs heavily on every observant Jew and a confusion to all else.

We forcibly converted Edom. We converted the Egyptian Magi when Aaron was advised to constrain himself from that act.

We converted the Idumeans forcibly. They are now ensconced with Edom.

So, enemies from within and without and many of them have no idea of their lineage, although the characteristics of their beginnings follow all of us.

That's the best I can make of it. :dunno:

Ropey.......they own the propaganda institutes: the schools, the media, pop culture, careers: they won't hire conservatives.

A Trump win is a modern day miracle.

I consider myself a Zionist

The thing to remember is that Zionism is over.

Israel is re-created and strong. We have ties with some world leaders and behind the scenes many more who are of the frightened passive socialist variety that the fascist climbs onto on their way to full power.

imho, Those who use the term Zionism are falling into a narrative game where Zionism is interchanged for Jew in the minds of those who want that degree of separation.

In the same way that the "Arab Spring" was a euphamism for "Holy Jihad" it was used to create an uprising.

There is no need for a Zionist uprizing. Eretz is created and strong.

I witnessed his shooting and realized who the true source of miracles is ... a truth I’ve known since I first saw a hummingbird.

I went from Eilat, Israel, to Petra, Jordan......no soldiers, no checkpoints....and saw this:

All and dozens more, carved out of stone cliffs.

Can you imagine if the entire Middle East was open like this?
