Shame. Years ago a buddy of mine lived south of there and in the 1980s I visited for a month and San Fran was clean and a nice place to be.

Oh I totally agree with you. 60% of all drugs are sold in cities, the 40% goes to suburban and towns throughout the country. The drug addition problem is just as strong in the suburbs as it is in the cities and it starts in the schools.....
And yes poverty is rampant in small towns, but in the town I just moved from we have food drives and free food pantries at Good Will for those at the poverty level can access.... You don't find that in Blue cities like San Francsico, Chicago, L.A., Baltimore or New York.
